I called to ask about getting my nose piercing put back in because it fell out started to close up within a day. The man on the phone was short with me and rude right off the bat. Maybe they get a lot of annoying people trying to get piercings for cheaper or not understanding their policies, but I had talked to this man for 10 seconds before he was rude to me so I didn't even have a chance to annoy him if I wanted to. I went to your establishment today with some family I had visiting from out of town. Heard that you accepted walk-ins. I saw a sign that said door must remain open during business hours, so I went to reach for the door to find it locked, no biggie, stared then to peruse the sinage around the door when the door was then suddenly opened hastily. The man was just looking at me, staring like he was expecting me to do something, no greeting or anything. Like he was annoyed with us already, so I said, "Oh, do you take walk-ins?" To which she sucked his teeth and rolled his eyes and pointed at the pink qr code by the door, and said "point your phone at this, fill it out then I'll let you in" and abruptly shut the door in our faces, like he couldn't be bothered with us at all. The four of us looked at each other like what the heck just happened. He was so rude. So we decided that we would rather not be pierced by someone like that, let alone touched by someone one like that. He lost you 3, probably 4 sales today. I brought Bobby (has a T.B.I. & more) & his wife Katie (functions at a 7yr old level) to get their Labret pierced. Sarvas Was Absolutely AMAZING!! Katie was squirrelly but has had multiple other piercings so she knew what to expect. Bobby was Very reluctant & once on the table began to revert to a toddler "No no no no Aaaaggggh" & moving away from Sarvas's ink pen to mark the area. Sarvas was Amazing!! I took my ten year old daughter in a couple of weeks ago for her first piercing. Sarvas was super patient and calming and made my daughter feel comfortable through the experience. Her ears have healed beautifully...she never bled, never got so much as even "crusty ears". Within four days, her ears weren't even sore anymore. I wanted to make sure that her ears got pierced straight because I have a crooked piercing in one of my ears and it's a pain to insert earrings. Really loved the piercer, it was a welcoming space and experience. However, I got pierced 6+ months ago and my piercing still hasn't healed, neither has the piercing my friend that was with me got. When I went to get my jewelry changed they said it had been pierced crooked and they could not change it because it was pierced incorrectly. Contacted them to see about pricing for a tattoo so I could figure out finances. Was essentially told to fuck off and good luck with your tattoo because they made an assumption that I was just going around to different shops getting quotes and that I wasn't actually interested in getting a tattoo from their artist. I very much did want a tattoo from their artist because he came highly recommended. The artist even went so far as to block me on Instagram (after I heard back from the shop, all of a sudden I couldn't find the instagram profile of the artist at all, when before I heard back, I had no trouble viewing the profile). My friend got her smiley pierced and I got my flat pierced and both were placed so that they complimented us the best and were the vibe we wanted.
