After twenty years of wanting nipple piercings, I went to DieHard to give myself a birthday present. I was nervous. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so warm and friendly. They were inviting, the shop made me feel comfortable, and I loved the decor. After filling out some paperwork I waited while the piercer got the room ready, then I was called back with my husband. There were so many cool things to look at back in the piercing room, and it's a fully enclosed room with more of the awesome decor and plenty of chairs in case you bring lots of support. First came explanations. Here are the steps we are going to take, here is what I tools I am taking out of the packages and laying out, here is what I am going to draw on you with, and here is WHY I am going to draw on you. Each step while chatting warmly with my husband and I. We were laughing and I was more and more relaxed by the minute. He didn't take one step without informing us first, and stopped when clamps were going on to make sure I was okay. I got the piercings, then we spent another ten minutes in the room with him talking and asking questions, and getting specific aftercare instructions. (You also get a printed copy.) I got my helix pierced here!! I did a walk in, be prepared to wait at least an hour or so. I was told it'd be around an hour but we actually waited over three haha. They were professional, wish they wouldve given us an update instead of keeping us guessing. Getting the piercing was quick, might come back again. read more

I went here to get my nose pierced early January 2020. The owner did my piercing and was very nice and welcoming. However, two months after receiving my piercing the jewel in the piercing fell out of its bracket. Upon calling DieHard, not only did they inform me that it was not their responsibility to replace my jewel and I would have to pay for it, but the woman on the phone was extremely rude. She gave me an attitude and spoke to me as if I was stupid; awful costumer service. I will not be coming back here again. I went here because the prices for the piercing were the cheapest around I could find, but I've learned that it is cheap because they give you crappy jewelry that falls apart and then they refuse to replace it. read more
