The gym is always clean and surprisingly smells fresh, which is impressive considering how many sweaty kids are running around. I also like that membership includes open gym time. The one downside for us is that there aren't make up classes if kids miss due to illness. With elementary school kids getting sick fairly often, that can be a little frustrating, especially given the price. Overall though, it's been a really positive experience and my daughter is having a blast.

She also is a very independent, sassy, and frankly, uncooperative little human. I'm blown away by how amazing Coach Andrew is with her! He approaches his class and her with flexibility, letting her lead at times, and she absolutely adores him and is cooperative with him in a way I can hardly believe. His class is so different from other toddler classes we have attended because he also does tons of one-on-one manipulation of her body, getting her used to the motions involved in tumbling and bars and other aspects of gymnastics. I can't believe how much she has learned in just a couple months. Also, I can't help but admire Coach Andrew as a human. It's apparent how proud he is of the older girls he coaches, and my mom heart is so touched listening to him talk about his focus on building confidence in girls. I was a little surprised at some of the negative reviews. I suppose I would agree that this gym doesn't offer the "sparkle" that you could find somewhere else and there is not always someone at the desk to an, but you won't find a better coach! The instructor/Coach Left right after the session. My daughter Loved it and asked numerous times if they had called me, to give me information on the lever she was rated at according to how she did in her Trial class. I will be calling other places. I wish they were more about their customers, that's all. Not impressed by Customer Service. You will have to be the one calling them.
