She also is a very independent, sassy, and frankly, uncooperative little human. I'm blown away by how amazing Coach Andrew is with her! He approaches his class and her with flexibility, letting her lead at times, and she absolutely adores him and is cooperative with him in a way I can hardly believe. His class is so different from other toddler classes we have attended because he also does tons of one-on-one manipulation of her body, getting her used to the motions involved in tumbling and bars and other aspects of gymnastics. I can't believe how much she has learned in just a couple months. Also, I can't help but admire Coach Andrew as a human. It's apparent how proud he is of the older girls he coaches, and my mom heart is so touched listening to him talk about his focus on building confidence in girls. I was a little surprised at some of the negative reviews. I suppose I would agree that this gym doesn't offer the "sparkle" that you could find somewhere else and there is not always someone at the desk to an, but you won't find a better coach! Editing to add that we have a new coach. Coach Kambria is amazing too!

I wish they were more about their customers, that's all. Not impressed by Customer Service. You will have to be the one calling them.

I feel like I'm paying over $100 a month to watch my child run around a gym when the main goal was the have her start learning gymnastics. On top of that, I paused our membership and was told we were not allowed to use our two make up class and then was charged for the following month. Tell me how that makes sense? I'm going to have make up stacked up that we can't even use. I'm very displeased with our experience at this place and the lack of knowledge the employees have. They also literally never answer their phones and very few class choices and times. I would not recommend this place.

This gym effectively changed my perspective of gyms altogether. I used to go to a "regular"gym,…read morewhere you'd work out on your own accord, where you knew no one, and occasionally I'd take a class, but nothing that really caught my interest. My only motivation to go to the gym was my own will to go. For most of us, that's not much and becomes less of an urge and priority over time. At MFS I began taking Real Ryder cycle classes. I loved the personal vibe of the class, that the instructor greeted everyone by name and introduced herself to me, showed me how to use the bike, introduced me to the class, etc. I worried that it being a small gym I'd feel excluded because everyone knew each other. That wasn't the case; instructor was attentive, the music was great, and the environment was positive and encouraging. I couldn't wait to come back. Now I take cycling and their fitness classes and let me just say, on days I'm feeling lethargic or lazy, I go to the gym anyway because I love the instructors so much. The owner of the gym takes the classes with you, all the staff greet you by name, instructors accommodate your instruction based off injuries/ability, etc. I feel like I'm getting personalized training from a friend every time I go. I've never had a bad experience, I look forward to going, and as a result, my body looks great and I'm in the best health I've been in a while, and I have an amazing time doing it. Donna, the owner, has a special place in my heart for being such a kind-hearted business owner, and the staff there are absolutely lovely. I'd recommend this gym to everyone - it can't hurt to try, and I guarantee you'll be back.
