I compared several vendors, and Rainier was the one that provided the most clear and competitive pricing. Alex arrived at the agreed upon time (we had an arrival window of 8-11am) and proceeded to perform the job quickly and efficiently. He washed the filters outside to minimize the dust inside the house. Since the maintenance, the A/C feels a lot more potent, which is great with the high temperatures we are currently experiencing. I would gladly recommend Rainier Heating & Cooling.

The installation team was on time, professional, and their high-quality workmanship really shows. About a month after the install, the thermostat turned out to be faulty. Their post-sales support was just as good as the initial install. They had Austin out the very next day to replace it. He was professional, efficient, and had everything back up and running quickly. They delivered the kind of follow-up service you hope for but rarely get. Highly satisfied.

We chose GOAT to install a three zone mini split system. //CONSULT// Our consultation with Andrey (one of the owners) was fantastic. He was on time and showed up when he said he would. Unfortunately other companies we asked for quotes missed their appointments - but not Andrey. He thoroughly explained everything and did a thorough walk through. //COMMUNICATION AND QUOTE// I liked that Andrey followed up with us to check in with us. Again other quotes took more than 3+ days. Andrey had a quote within 1 business day. He emailed us asking if we had further questions. //DAY OF// Vasilly and his team (Mark, Ed, Lubec and Alex) arrived promptly! They did another thorough assessment and provided two solutions: Going through our attic or going along the exterior soffit. Our house has a unique challenge in that our siding is fiber cement with bricks in the wall. They were extremely communicative, cleaned thoroughly, and finished within ~5 hours. Everything turned out fantastic! They made everything look so clean and so sleek! We also had two cats and they were mindful of closing the doors and checking to make sure they never escaped (even at one point because they communicated through cell I heard Vasilly saying to make sure to close the doors so the cats don't escape lol) They explained to us everything and made us understood the unit and how to use it We're so happy with the customer service and would highly recommend this family run business to anyone

But the discounts to do the furnace and AC was so incredibly good I did both at the same time. He came out for measurements and offered another discount to do the install the next day! Then Brent and his team came right out the next day. What I like the most is the promptness! When they tell you a time the technicians show up at that time and get straight to work. I appreciate the 3 team members working together to take equipment out, explain what they are doing and test everything for quality. The photos helped to ease my mind and not charging me for attic patching saved us an unnecessary bill. Now I feel like our home is ready for the next decade with an upgraded Trane furnace and AC system. Thanks for all the great work.

The technician turn on the air conditioning and went to the back yard. And come back to me said the compressor is toasted. The sound for that compressor is not right bra bra bra. I know the compressor.is working. The compressor run for 30 second and shut down wait for 2 minutes will start again and it shut down after 30 seconds, and it has good pressure inside the compressor. I paid $130 for that useless system diagnosis report. I have another guy come to check. The guy went up to attic, then he find that wet sensor is dead. That is the problem, $60 fixed. After we change it. The air conditioning is good now. I would never call this company again.

I told them that my system never kept up on hot days. They offered a bid and I thought they were totally fair on price. So we pulled the trigger. Especially helped to make my mind up as it was around 78 degrees outside the next day and the old system still didn't keep up. They gave me 2 bids and I opted for the more high efficiency bid. Jacob and Aaron arrived at the house to complete the job. My house being 100 years old, it wasn't the easiest and Jacob had to put in the O.T. to get it done. I was still skeptical that it would keep up. But this new system is actually amazing. We've already hit 90 degrees since the install and my thermostat never varied from 72 degrees where I set it. Im 100% satisfied with this company and would absolutely recommend them. Also when Aaron did the electrical, we had a light start blinking. I wasn't sure if it was from the work they did and so I called the company. Aaron came out and fixed my light and it just happened to be a random occurrence not caused by the work being done. That was going above and beyond! Looking forward to staying cool in a hot summer!!!

While scheduling the appointment, I have just been told, that because I said, "I didn't think it's heating like it should" That I now have to make an appointment for a " repair technician" that will cost $100+ for the visit. I asked "well then what am I paying for monthly who comes out for the free maintenance appointment?!? and she said something like well that's the "maintenance and safety technician". The "free" appointment that I pay for every month is only for the once a year visit by the "maintenance and safety technician" and because I simply said I don't think t's working quite like it should" now I have to pay $100+ for this visit. What?!? SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Bait & SWITCH! I told her on the phone "OK, I take it back. Suddenly my heater is working beautifully. I need the free maintenance visit," she replied "well now that I've already said it wasn't working properly and it's been recorded, I have to pay the $100+ for the appointment. How does she know if the safety maintenance man can simply push a button and it starts to work better? She doesn't! SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! Do NOT use this company! And their estimates all came in higher than Bo's. I chose to go with Bo for 2 reasons, first I liked him and I got the feeling right away that he was the right guy for the job. That included him getting the electricians in followed by him arriving to install and connect my new mini-split. Both he and the electricians did a great job. Shortly after installation, I expressed concerns that the AC is not cool/cold for my house and my bedroom upstairs reach's 80F+ even with AC on. AAA came back and said nothing was wrong and even said oh maybe your builder should have installed 2 HVAC systems. I actually questioned their experience as the crew came out for an assessment based on my house sq footage and recommended this unit for my house and I was later told by another tech that the is AC unit is a bit small for my house.. unsure whether they were trying to sell some other unpopular units to their clients. Fast fwd, I hired another company for maintenance today and was told and shown that there were rust and water in my unit and the Inducer has a crack due to POOR gas pipe installation by AAA. Also, the tech told me AAA should have put in a bigger AC unit for my house instead of blaming I need another HVAC. Hence, AAA did not have experience staff to do initial assessment to determine AC BTU/Ton size and their installation was POORLY done!
