The dining rooms are filled with an eclectic blend of farmhouse decor. There is a homey Midwest feel with soft country rock playing in the background. The bar is downright cozy and adorable. The menu offers a mix of burgers and sandwiches. There is also a dinner menu. Our server told us that the burgers and tenderloins are fresh and hand prepared. The tenderloins are a favorite. I had the Bbq burger with fries. The burger was thick and topped with bacon, onion rings and bbq sauce on a Brioche bun. The burger was delicious. In addition, the battered fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. They were crispy and not too much salt. The tenderloin was good. The breaded coating was well seasoned and accompaniments were fresh. The staff is welcoming, friendly and attentive. An event room is available for weddings or parties. There is a kids menu. The place is pristine. There is free street parking in front of the restaurant. Bookers is well worth the trip.

We enjoyed everything about this place, the feel, the look of the decor, as well as the service. Very very nice and we've eaten at a lot of restaurants all over the continent but this one takes it all. I've found that all states and countries have their own cuisine and way of fixing it but try to find a tenderloin , it doesn't exist in most places, even California doesn't know about it and here I thought they knew about everything. Trust me, if you want the experience we had you need not look any further but be sure to call in a reservation if there are more to your party and double check that you have reserved, that's always a good habit to acquire. As busy as this place gets you have no one to blame but yourself if you drop the ball, after all, what part of the word "Reserve" don't we all understand. Great place to eat and we'll keep coming back when we're here. Thanks Booker.

All food in this area is weighed and you pay by the ounce. Reminded me of a hospital cafeteria except it was more expensive. I was never sure how much per ounce. A friend had the chicken salad sandwich which was on the most wonderful croissant. Chicken salad is very thickly applied. It was good not over the top but good also we split a coconut cream pie. It was on the heavy side a lot of coconut and not much pudding. I like my coconut cream nice and fluffy. . For a very small salad and the chicken sandwich, it was 39. Dollars a bit much.

It's very cool on the inside with vintage and Indiana-themed decor, tin ceilings, and, of course, a potbelly stove. The staff were friendly. But brother and I were very confused about the ordering process. There wasn't a lot of directional signage showing where to start and each step of the process. I watched a few other customers go through and they didn't seem like they had a problem so maybe it was just us. Next time I would probably just order online and pick it up so I could avoid the in-person ordering process altogether. I had the turkey sandwich and it was pretty good. I would say definitely a step up from your typical sub sandwich chain in terms of flavor and toppings options. I tried the chili mac as well. The chili is definitely à la Wendy's but I enjoyed it. The mac and cheese was good as well. I'd probably get either on its own but not together again. I also tried the Potbelly/Zapp's collab chips, the Hot Pepper flavor. They were good but are definitely not for everyone. When I visited, most of their fountain soda options were out of order so I settled on a no sugar added Pineapple Passionfruit juice/soda which was actually pretty good. We'll definitely be back - especially to try out their milkshakes!

Our waitress was super sweet and attentive. Our cheeseburgers were some of the best we have ever had. We even considered driving back up there the next day for more! And the fries! By far the best fries! We couldn't stop eating them! We are sold. We will definitely be coming back here. There were other sandwiches I wanted to try but that cheeseburger will be hard to beat!
