They looked directly at me but didn't acknowledge me, offer assistance, or let me know if they were closed. I sat in my car for several minutes finishing this review, and no one came to check or communicate anything. Extremely disappointing experience , no customer service, no professionalism, and no clarity about whether they were even open. Based on this experience alone, I would not return.

Also, I wish they were more covid-conscious, as the woman working there didn't have her mask over her nose, and she kept getting too close and touching me. The place has a rustic feel to it with handcrafted items in the entryway! The coffee bar features several hot pots of Java for sampling! The owner is happy to educate his customers on types of coffee , roasting and brewing techniques. You are encouraged to wonder around and observe the large bags of coffee obtained from around the world! Hempton is a real expert and coffee historian. Ask him about "cowboy coffee".
