His tone and facial expression clearly implied that he thought we had taken merchandise without asking. The socks were my husband's own socks, and the entire interaction felt rude, condescending, and completely inappropriate. They don't even sell the same brand socks at the store. Rather than providing customer service, the associate made him feel accused and uncomfortable while shopping. Customer service training should include basic professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.

It's ridiculous to work in a marine shop and have absolutely zero clue about anything in the store. It's not hard to walk up and down the aisles and know what you carry or maybe spend 60 seconds to try and figure out someone's question. Definitely tipped him which he didn't even want that. I made him take, I just really appreciate people that go out of their way like that to help somebody like me. So if you need anything, from a hitch to a Rack tent decked drawer system, bike rack, Spokbox "that's what I call those black storage boxes on top of vehicles. I would also like to point out that their lifetime warranty doesn't include damage done from defective product . They also won't advocate for you on behalf to the companies . This is the type of customer service I expect out of a major corporation , not a small store. So if you're looking for the type of customer service and support, you can expect from a small business , I would recommend looking elsewhere . Yakima on the other hand has been great to work with, they back up their product , and have great customer service. I recommend buying products directly from the manufacturer .

The top part has to be held by tie downs in order to hold with the bottom part. The latches don't work at the front. The top also had a huge dent and finally, the tent had a hole as seen in picture. I was told by Adam the tent was fully cleaned but we found trash inside. Some floss, gum wrapped in paper and some chapstick. This is a side business from his automotive main business so there was a long wait for the install and removal of the tent. It definitely served its purpose but definitely not worth the price.
