Going shopping for swimwear always brings out self judgment. But the workers here will judge and laugh at you if don't look like the models on the walls. I went in with my husband and a friend for a sale I saw advertised across multiple social media apps. Both employees were behind the counter most of the hour we were shopping. While we were trying on the swimwear, I could hear the girls talking and laughing, but I was not paying attention to them as they didn't help me much in the dressing room. They definitely treated others more friendlier than they did with me, including my friend. We made our purchases (she bought a too and bottom) and I walked out. Once outside, my friend was visibly upset. The chatting I heard was the employees make fun of my friend. One said she was too big for their sizes. Besides the fact that the employees will shame you, a few of the bikinis I wanted to try on were dirty. I have years of experience in retail management, if any of my employees would have done this, they would not have a job.

I went today to exchange the top that is still on the "NEW IN" rack and the first thing the girl says is you are past the 14 day period. I said it was purchased during the holidays and falls between the 30 day period. She says oh ok! She then comes back to me and says did you get a "Military Discount"? I said, oh I don't know. My husband bought it for me for Christmas and he's retired military so maybe. She says any discount given is "all sales final". The girl that sold it to my husband no longer works there. I said my husband would NEVER know about a 30 day return/exchange policy unless he was told that. He would be clueless about that. They said well, he signed it agreeing to it! My husband said NO, I signed for the purchase I didn't sign agreeing to all sales final. She calls her boss and lets me know that they cannot do anything until she calls back. After about 15 minutes she tells me that they will make an exception this time but for future they will not do it. I said that is not what the sales girl told my husband! She goes what more do you want me to do? We're allowing it so what's the problem? I said the problem is the attitude! I then wait to try a few things on. The girl in front of me is told by one of the sales girls that her bags have to be left outside the dressing room. (I can understand as one was a bigger shopping bag from another store. The girl ends up giving it to her husband to hold while she tries her things on. I then say I can take my purse into the dressing room right? She tells me "NO, it has to stay outside of the dressing room." I said, my purse???? This little thing??? I can't take my purse into the dressing room? She says, "NO!" I then am so upset at the way I was being treated that I throw all the things I was going to try on onto the counter and said this is BULLSHIT! I will never purchase anything from this store again and I will warn everyone about how they treat people! The sales girls say "OK!, Have a nice day!" I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SAN LORENZO!!! VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND THE SALES GIRLS ARE LITTLE SMART ASSES WITH ATTITUDES. ANY TYPE OF DISCOUNT IS A ALL SALES FINAL! SO WHY NOT / or X THE TAG ON THE ITEM LIKE MOST RETAILERS DO???? We had already checked every store in the mall, and no other shop had the variety and selection that 2B Desired offered. They truly had everything we were looking for--women's, men's, and keiki swimwear all in one place! Chelsey went above and beyond helping us find the perfect matching set. She assisted me in choosing a bikini, helped find swim shorts for my son, and matching shorts for Dad as well. Her customer service was exceptional, and she made the entire shopping experience comfortable, easy and enjoyable. We ended up purchasing the Zuri Monokini, the Keiki Boy Shorts in the Monstera Seagrass print, and the Kamekona Kane Shorts in the matching design. Inside, the store is clean, bright, and well-organized! There were a lot of cute clothes (like shorts, pareos, swimsuits, rompers, sweat pants, and more), tote bags, accessories, etc. There were convenient dressing rooms, Instagram-worthy sofa and backdrop opportunity, and efficient, busy staff. I didn't know that this shop is so popular! The trendy, local styles might seem to appeal more towards younger customers or families who are looking for matching outfits!

I was pleasantly surprised (and honestly so happy) to see a small selection of plus-size men's clothing which can be so rare, especially in mall shops. It felt great to see 3X options available! Since the fabric wasn't stretchy, we searched for a 4X and were lucky to find one and my partner loved the design right away. We were both so excited. What ultimately stopped us was the price, it was over $100, for one shirt, which is unfortunately outside of our budget right now. That said, we absolutely see the quality and care that goes into each piece, and we truly respect how they're made. I forgot her name but one of the Cast Members here was the most friendly person we encountered and she remembered us from the day before and was so sweet! I was also able to purchase some Disney themed candy and a waterproof pouch for my phone while I am in the pool- this came in handy. They also have swim suits, sunglasses, and a small selection of flip flops. There is a hidden soda machine at the entrance where you can fill your refillable resort cups.

Tucked in a cavelike setting with nostalgia decor this shop is very tiny but carries many necessities like snacks, pool and outdoor gears, what I do love that they have here is their coolest variety of leather bracelet with specific or all the Disney character even Aulani tropical touches and it can be personalized all right there. The staff here is just a delight, friendly and helpful with any questions or just a fun chat, feeling like I'm at the park with all the super cute merchandise really got me picking up stuff but did hold back.
