I have seen the strip mall literally evolve around surfhouse. Much respect to the owners and (developers?!?) for making sure this landmark and epic shop didn't get pushed out. Yesterday I called and a real person who knows what's what gave me the rundown on their longboard skateboard inventory. No way l was going to order online a China made knock off for this important purchase. Slid in to and found the perfect sled, USA made gravity longboard that I bought for my son as his Christmas gift. It is the same shape as his hand me down that is almost 25 years old that he cruises to class on every day. Love the Surfhouse. Here is to 50 more years!!!

The owner can seem a bit rash when talking to, but I think it's because that's how he expresses himself. The location seems like it could use some cleaning, it looked a bit dusty. The service was good.
