They came to do the roof inspection when we were purchasing a new home, and they found numerous issues with the shingle roof, roof deck, gutter, etc. They were all fixed by Capitol Roofing within a few short weeks of request and signing repair request. They delivered as promised, as well as a few other things my insurance inspector requested. I cannot be more happy with their work. Most homeowners under-appreciate how critical the roof's function is, it literally is a shield that protects all of your belongings from getting wet and grow mold. There is one closet that is damp and growing mold, this should have fixed the root cause!

Unfortunately he is horrible at getting back to text messages, does not answer your questions and we had to tell him what we wanted multiple times which was either forgotten or ignored. He just doesn't care if an issue arises. The only time we saw him was when he would come by to pick up payments. The work he completed was shoddy. Pipes were left exposed and dangerously protruding from the ground, wiring was mickey mouse and he clearly uses the cheapest materials available. We have already spent over a thousand dollars fixing his mistakes. I anticipate having to spend much more. Save yourself the frustration and headache and go with someone more professional, organized and knows what they are doing. You will save money in the long run.

Working with the insurance was a pain, luckily Gil had experience working with Allstate insurance before, and he helped us a lot getting the money we needed to rebuild our home. The planning process took a bit longer than what we initially planned for. The county of LA took their sweet time approving our plans. Fortunately, after 2 sets of revisions we were fully approved. The construction wasn't bad at all, they had plenty of guys working on our home at the same time. The only time there was no work, was on inspection days. The finishes was one thing that was extremely important for us. My wife and I are detail oriented and wanted to make sure we're choosing the right company to do the finish work correctly. All I can say is that they exceeded my expectations. I had a rough vision in mind for fitting a lot into a relatively small space, but wanted to see the options rendered so I could better make the big layout and design decisions. Alexis was very patient and super helpful in mocking up each iteration until we locked in the final design. Once it was time to actually break ground, Gil, Oren, Uriel, and the rest of the team were really responsive and always available by text. Unlike previous contractors we've worked with, they usually gave us an idea of what was happening the next day/week and who to expect onsite. The first ~70% of the project went really smoothly and far exceeded my expectations. Demo, framing, rough plumbing, and electrical all largely went without a hitch. We ran into some problems towards the end around communication, timeline, and subcontractor oversight -- which led to more delays when someone punctured our new in-wall toilet tank and flooded both the bathroom and bedroom. We know every construction job runs into challenges so we weren't bent out of shape by it, and we did appreciate that GHB took full responsibility for fixing the issues. By and large we were really impressed by most of their subcontractors, especially the very professional and considerate plumbing, electrical, and tiling teams! After living with our new bathroom for a while now, we can definitely say it was worth the wait, and such a huge improvement over our previous dysfunctional layout. When we contacted Bello Construction initially, we were looking for a good company to paint the…read morewood portions of our house prior to stucco work by another company. As they started their work, Luis and his guys started pointing out issues we weren't aware of. Their attention to detail was excellent, and though the work wasn't in the original plan (replacing a lot of wood facia that was rotted, replacing two termite ridden wood windows, lighting installation, painting brick, etc), following their reccomendations was the right thing to do. The guys working on the house (pre and post stucco work) were all so polite and accommodating, so even though there was a constant swirl of work, it didn't feel that imposing. The end result was that even though the scope of their work increased (doubled) it was way worth it to do and the quality of the workmanship was spot on and the house looks great when combined with the stucco smoothing work done by the other company. Luis was easy to work with and easy to coordinate all aspects of his team (via texting) and didn't push any new fix, just pointed them out. Definitely a reccomend and will likely be having them back for other work in the future.
