Terrible business. First off the shop is FILTHY. I only went because my other lady was booked. I went in on a Friday after 2 weeks for a gel pedicure and a gel manicure. I picked out red and she kept saying omg hooker red. Only hookers wear red where I come from. As I sat down one of her "regulars" came in and you could tell she started rushing to get me out of the way. She did everything she could to convince me I didn't need a pedicure.. said that my feet are so soft and Insisted I didn't need a full pedicure just a polish change. So I did it because she convinced me. When I sat down to get my finger nails done she was talking to everyone the entire time and was SO rough with my fingers. They were sore the next day which is very unusual for me. I swear I was only in this place for 30 minutes. Half ass service and the gel chipped mid week mark BOTH TIMES. I wish I could give this place negative stars. The whole experience was terrible. I brought my 3 year old for a kids mani/pedi and the tech kept asking me if she would be good. She IS good- she is used to getting her nails done and sits very still. She still kept saying that if she was gonna be too wiggly she wouldn't be able to do them- she hadn't even began to paint them yet and just kept complaining. The tech didn't say a single word to me the whole time she did my gel nails and seemed very rushed. My gel nails that typically last 2-3 weeks anywhere else lasted 2 days before they started chipping and one of my daughters nails was completely gone the very next morning. Hers (and mine!) have come almost completely off in 4 days. read more

horrible place , they deserve -1 star. I should have left when the guy was rough doing my pedicure. I had to ask him to remove the polish as quality was so poor that it had spots. Then after I was finishe'd, there was no driers n no spay dries . All he said well you should have paid 50 dollors for gel pedicure. Mind u I paid 35 for a basic , rough pedicure. This was the worst mani pedi I have ever gotten! The ladies were very nice but my nails look like a child did them... I asked for shellac on my finger nails and I don't think she ever has done shellac before. I feel bad for putting one star because the people were very nice but not one single nail has polish covering my entire nail.... I got a regular pedicure which was $30 asked for my nails to be round and they got cut square. Also I got home to show my husband and I realized I still had polish on the skin of my toes.... My daughter (13) went and got her nails done. I waited outside for her. She paid for it herself because she makes her own money babysitting. They charged her $69 for a full set. I thought that was too much and called and asked how much a full set was and they said $40. I asked why they charged her so much. They then said oh, well we charge extra for the gel and the sparkles. I have went there before and never had an issue with their pricing so I believe that they overcharged her because she was a child and didn't think she would know any better. I have been a loyal customer for quite awhile. Fill ins every two weeks and a pedicure once a month. Last night, they continued asking me to get a pedicure (seriously over 10 times). I continuously said not today, I just had one two weeks ago. But, I did want my toes painted. Nathan told me to call and ask my husband for permission, I told him that I didn't need permission I just didn't want one. So fast forward to painting my toes, he's in a rush throwing his stuff around. I asked if he could cut them down, he said not without a pedicure. They do this every time, so I told him that. He replied with no, they dont. I should not be pressured to get a pedicure every time. Michelle then comes over whispering that she will do my nails next time. I told her there will not be a next time. I paid and she tried giving me a piece of paper with $10 off. I told her that I didn't need it. She said she was sorry he didn't understand what I was saying. He loudly responded, "I did understand, she was too cheap to get a pedicure". I will not return. I have recommended this place to friends and family, many of who weren't happy with their experience. Customers, especially loyal customers should be treated better than that. Awful! This was the first time I've had acrylic nails put on in about 7 years, and I was so disappointed! The woman was too busy talking to her coworkers and on her phone to pay attention to what she was doing. As a result, my nails are crooked, and the polish doesn't go all the way to the cuticle. Customer Service was terrible!!! I had my toes painted and the very next day they chipped. The owner told me before I left that if I had any problems they would fix them. So I decided to go back. When I go back, he doesn't want to fix them without me paying. I remind him of our conversation. He tells me very loudly in front of other customers that because I didn't tip enough, I don't get them fixed for free! When did paying for a service become not enough. Very Rude!!! I have been going here to get my nails & eyebrows done since they opened. Always have a done a good job on my eyebrows & nails. However today when I went in at 6:30 I asked for a soak off & new set, I was questioned numerous times asking why I wanted it done, owners husband stated he didn't want them soaked off due to time consuming, at this point they was still open for another hour & a half. I let that slide, still got them soaked off. Once I chose my color the male worker kept telling me it would cost more for the polish I chose (I chose the same kind I'm aware of the price) I once again let it slide, I sit down at Katie's table at 7:15 the husbands owner once again tells me it will take to long for a full set I should just put paint on my brittle nails. I then walked out. I highly recommend Katie she does a good job. But if you want a full set I'd get there at 4 so there's plenty of time to have them done by time they close at 8.
