Literally my blood was boiling because she took so much money & it turned out so ugly. I have to go again next week to a different nail place to redo it. Do NOT go here. I'm so freaking passed do not go here!!!!!!!! UGH!!!!!!!

My boyfriend got my nails done this past Monday, I like the color (had to pay a extra $10 ) and the guy rushed, they look like they need to be filled even though I just got them done, plus I asked for coffin shaped nails he said it'll be $15 extra we're at my normal salon I don't have to pay extra, didn't even ask what nail length he just started cutting, I went to school for cosmetology so I know how to do my own but I ran out of product, next time I'll go to my normal salon or do my nails myself, Plus they didn't have there board licenses displayed gives me the feeling they don't even have there nail tech licenses

$99.98

this was $100 it took forever and he looked me dead in the eyes and charged me $100 for this that is just disrespectful.

Had a great gel polish pedicure and dip manicure! GO SEE HENRY!! He gave me beautifully sculpted nails and provided exceptional customer service. Friendly attitude and fire skillz.

My nails look like crap $24 later.
Bethany B.

$24.55 for a French manicure that took the tech approximately 12-14 minutes. The results look like a rushed 12 minutes. She didn't put cream on my cuticles despite my request. I spoke with the manager that offered no assistance or solutions. I really won't be going back here again. Thought I'd treat myself to pretty nails for the holiday weekend but instead I'm just disappointed and down $24.55

Dayton area friends run, don't walk, to Jessica's Totally Polished Spa!…read more I had a spa pedicure and OPI permanent polish manicure today and can't say one bad thing about my experience. From the second I walked in to her earth-toned, serene corner salon I was treated as a VIP even though I was a first-time client. She was ready for my appointment on time (actually a little early) and invited me in to sit on the oversized recliner chair and make myself comfortable. I thought it was a bit strange because I was wondering where the water tub was for me to soak my feet. She noticed my confusion and explained that she does waterless pedicures for numerous reasons but one main reason is it's more sanitary than using water tubs...she also uses an actual autoclave on all her metal instruments every evening so if you're into clean salons look no further! But on to the good stuff...the pedicure was PURE BLISS and the conversation was equally as enjoyable. As she switched from foot to foot she wrapped my feet in hot towels and a warming boot that kept my tootsies warm and softened my feet and cuticles. The foot file she used on the bottoms of my feet was very gentle and didn't bother me one bit...I usually cringe at this part of the service because it's painful or tickles to the point I can barely take it. As for the massage...it was out of this world!!! She dimmed the lights, had me recline to chair (which also vibrates and warms -- but not in a painful way like a lot of the ones I've used in other nail salons) and I'm pretty sure I fell asleep for a few minutes. AWESOME! After the pedi I tried out the new OPI permanent polish. I'm not really a manicure person but thought what the heck. She told me she guarantees her work with this type of polish for two weeks so if anything chips or whatever she'd fix them for free. How about that for customer service?!? OK so wow, this is long but I am just so thrilled to have found Jessica I wanted to make sure to spread the good word. Get your tushes to Totally Polished, people!!! P.S. As I was preparing to pay we had a slight miscommunication where she had written down I scheduled a Spa Pedi though I only scheduled a regular (difference of $10). I didn't really care because WOW the Spa Pedi was insane...but as I was writing this review I actually got a call from Jessica and she apologized right away because she had checked her book and realized it was her mistake that she had given me the more expensive service on accident. She offered to make it up to me by refunding the money or upgrading my next pedi!! Seriously, who does that...AWESOME! Can't wait to see her again...https://www.vagaro.com/TotallyPolished

When I felt like my nails needed a break from the gel sets, she encouraged me to try the OPI permanent polish, which I have found I love. I've gone between gel nails and the permanent polish several times and she works with me every time I change my mind! I've brought my tween daughter in for a manicure and Jessica was gentle with her and attentive. I haven't tried a pedicure yet, but given the service and attention to detail she has given me over the past almost year and a half, I can't imagine it would be anything less than top notch!

Awful service. I will not be returning…read more I visited this salon today with my daughters, who are four and five years old, hoping it would become a place we could go together regularly. When we arrived, the technician assigned to do my nails asked me to sit in the back of the salon while my daughters had already been seated in the front. Given their ages, I asked if I could sit closer to them so we could stay together. From that point forward, the technician appeared irritated and her attitude noticeably changed. She handled my nails in a very rough manner, repeatedly yanking and pulling my hands while working. At one point she pressed the tool directly against my skin, which was painful. When I explained that I wanted my nails cut short to match two that had broken, she abruptly cut them down and left them uneven with old gel polish still on them. She then attempted to apply gel polish without filing, shaping, or completing the basic manicure preparation. When I asked if she planned to file and clean up the nails before applying the gel polish, she said she was just doing the polish. At that point, I chose to stop the service. She responded "okay," abruptly got up, walked away, and began mumbling under her breath. My nails were left unfinished, with cotton still attached from the removal process and old gel still partially on them. We paid and left to find another salon so I could at least get the manicure and gel polish I originally came in for... I do want to acknowledge that the technicians who worked with my daughters were kind and treated them well. However, due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the technician who began working on my nails, we will not return. We recently moved here from across the country, and at our previous nail salon I was a regular and brought my daughters with me every time. The staff there were always friendly and welcoming, and over time we even built friendships with them. I was hoping to find a place here that could become our new go-to spot, especially since this salon is very close to where we live. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this salon.

Sweet Mom-in-law (MIL) and I had another nice time at LNS yesterday! Like a hermit crab shedding…read morehis too small shell and emerging to live in a more comfortable shell, I boldly went for my first pedi in 2 years. [Bold describes the nice lady who actually tackled these unruly talons!] MIL got her normal French tipped pedi and I got my normal "normal" OPI pedi. We wore our masks, except when I was sipping my one "light fruity" white wine, which was such a nice touch! And MIL sipped her small bottled water. MIL's tech, Lisa was very smiley and sweet and kind to dear MIL and really took her time in doing MIL's toes up right! Lisa even commented that "these take about 30 minutes to dry, so take your time!" MIL explained LNS and maybe the entire mall was destroyed a few years ago in a horrible tornado that struck the region (I forget which year it was). Now, they do not have an area where you sit and dry your mani/pedis with lights and/or fans - you know, and flip through magazines. That's okay with me we were able to relax and chit chat sitting in our massage chairs! LNS is spacious, mostly all staff were wearing masks and gloves and our pedi bowls had single use liners they actually used. The ladies were kind and I felt like an absolute spoiled princess with my nice fresh pedicure! MIL insisted on "treating" me and paying so I can't comment on their pricing. She is a regular here, so maybe I will ask her. I used the ladies' room and it was sparkling clean, with an auto air freshener, pull towel dispenser and nice and warm water, plenty of soap and a can of lysol! If I weren't so busy you know, using the facilities I would have taken a photo! Only suggestion would be for the techs to either a. ask the customer to use the timer on their cell phone when told of the 30 minute suggested dry time, or b. set a timer that could sit near the customer so the customer would have confidence that they are sufficiently dry and all set to go. Fortunately for us, we weren't in a hurry and lost track of time and ended up just fine (see pictures) - thank you LNS, I'll see ya next year! Thanks for making fun MIL/DIL memories for us! :D

I went with my sister in law to get basic pedicures and I did not receive the procedure I paid for (no hot rocks or massage) it also felt very rushed and my polish was chipping after a day.
