I hired Albuquerque Pools & Spas because I bought a house that used them in the past. The previous…read moreowners raved about this company and swore they were the best in town. After working with them last season and now the begining of this season, I am a believer. Brad replaced the pool liner. The job was done so professionally , and I would not have believed that a pool could be so beautiful. We hired them to shut down our pool last year and they were so professional, with helpful information ( we are first time pool owners and know virtually nothing). Dave took the time to make sure we understood as much as we could absorb. We hired them to open our pool up this spring. They were very understanding in explaining why they don't recommend this or that and why we should buy certain things. They even told us how to buy them on Amazon to save money ! What kind of pool company actually tells you where the deals are rather than selling them to us at a markup ? I have to replace a winter cover for this pool. I have gotten the quote for the standard replacement and the upgraded replacement. Then I checked prices all over town and was shocked at how well we are being treated by Dave & Brad. The price and quality is great. After this season I will have to replace the summer solar cover. Albuquerque pools told us how to buy the items we need from Lowes and cut it ourselves. wow. I am so grateful we followed the previous owners advice ( locals who have lived here for decades ) and hired Albuquerque Pools and Spas. ps, the reason that this company is so busy and sometimes has a hard time getting back to all the calls that come in is because they are awesome and sometimes get swamped taking care of customers. They are honorable and their customers wouldn't go anywhere else, even if they have to leave a message more than one time. It's worth it.

I was turned down by another business, that offered to "haul away" my "unrepairable" tub for free; Glen was willing to take the time-- wait for parts to ship, check repairs and face the challenge needed to work through the problems. He has old fashioned values and ethics, totally refreshing in this throw-away world. I recently called Glen because I am making aesthetic repairs on my spa and realized that I needed new insulation as well. Once again, he responded with intelligence and kindness and quoted me a reasonable price. I'm always surprised and relieved when I find this quality of service.
