Service in store: the people working in the store were absolutely awesome. I had 5 kids at the time running around trying all the hot tubs out. Letting me know all their opinions on each tub, the guys working were so kind! After I decided what we wanted they took my order and didn't mind the crazy kids. They even got duckies on our way out. Delivery: the owner came out and delivered our hot tub with an really awesome Marine Vet. They delivered, filled, showed us all the things we needed to know before they left. It was a very pleasant experience and they were both super cool to hang out with while the tub was filling. Hot Tub of ABQ sold me a defective Hot Tub and refused to honor the warranty and refuses to give me my money back and come get the Hot Tub. It is about $3,500 that they ripped me off of. They basically said, "Too Bad, so Sad, we aren't giving you your money back because we don't do business with that Hot Tub company because they are crap". So, they admit that the Hot Tub is crap and got my money and are sticking it to me. I am protesting out front of the Store with my Walker. They sent the MALE out to try to intimidate, scare, threaten and move me from my Constitutional RIGHT to Protest on Public Property. He LIED and said I was on HIS property, and I wasn't. THEY LIE-they are NOT good people when they can treat the fragile population like this---stepping on the little people is this business' motto. BEWARE do NOT buy from Hot Tubs of ABQ, they don't care and think they can do this to me, because I am elderly, disabled, a woman and they think that they are the BIG BUSINESS, and I am a little crippled old lady and they think nothing will happen to them. We had a huge old hot tub that needed to be removed from a difficult location in our backyard, and the guys knew exactly what to do and did a wonderful job. What I thought would take all day, took about 1/2 an hour at most. They secured a crane and lifted it right out - no damage to anything. Lynsey was the first employee with whom I spoke; she was really awesome. Lynsey was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. She came to my house with brochures (she was wearing a mask, yay!) and reviewed each tub that I was considering . When we were reviewing the hot tubs, she was very honest and really knew a lot about the hot tub features. When I asked questions about having the best option, she was straight forward, without any type of pressure into buying a particular tub. I was really impressed with Lynsey. We selected a Marquis spa with a lounger. It is so amazing! I love that it was made in the United States and that is a high quality and really beautiful spa. The install was smooth and the gentlemen were courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend this company if you're looking to buy a hot tub, because this is a family owned business that offers Hot Tubs made in the United States.
