The ribs could have been cooked a little lower/slower and I think they would have ended up more tender. Additionally they were quite salty... and I really like salt. All in all an enjoyable night out, but at almost an hour away from my house, nothing I would recommend or travel back for. If you are in the area not a bad alternative to you standard English fare at a pub.

On reflection I should have tried one of their set meals - I had food envy when I saw everyone else's combinations of meet, chicken or fish which were served with rice, beans and salad. Friendly staff but we did have a very Sticky drinks menu. Ordered the Cheese dough balls which were very dry and the accompanying sauce tasted manufactured and processed. Also tried the Veg chilli which was sweet and not in the slightest spicy or chilli but saying that it was not too bad. Again a processed taste rather than anything fresh. The Casava chips were really good and had a great crispy coating. So I would recommend you order these. The Chicken burrito was very average and also watery and again had a processed chicken taste. Las Iguanas seems to really be a fast food joint more than anything else. Food was server really fast so as the restaurant just opened i think it is just a heat and serve process.
