I've eaten all of these, though obviously not in Brazil, where I'm certain they would taste even better. Nonetheless, if you like piquant beans, rice, fries (and in Brazil potatoes are often replaced with the native tuber, cassava), grilled meat and/or fish, and something salady, amid flavours fusing African, Portuguese and Spanish cuisines, and ideally pre-empted by a few caipirinhas (the greatest cocktail, no question), you'll not only enjoy a Brazilian supper, but may end up read more
