Oh boy where to start. We came here for a nice change from all the pasta weve been eating. Brazilian style food buffet. There are 2 options you can either fill your plate and pay by weight or you can pay 25 euros for all you can eat. All you can eat from the Brazilian churrasco grill. In the summer we always go and have dinner a couple of times at the Brazilian restaurant Rio Grande at the shopping center Freeland in the south of Florence. Each year, a portion of the parking lot is transformed into a terrace in Brazilian spheres inclusive bar, buffet and churrasco grill. There are two ways to fill your plate at Rio Grande, or you pay per weight or you chose the all you can eat meny for € 25. In both cases, you fill your own plate full at the buffet with delicious hot and cold dishes such as beef with black beans, baked banana, salades and fruit. With the € 25 menu the grilled meat is served at your table and as long as you keep the little Brazilian flag up on your table to keep coming with the sausages, chicken, ham, pork and beef; it really is "all you can eat". For the entertainment there is a large screen where important international football matches are shown and on Saturday night there often is a Brazilian show with ballerinas dressed in feathers.
