There is not even a record of the phone order today when we ended talking to someone in Egypt (). Useless iwatches with no current phones to synch and work together. Should have only purchased from Apple like usual. Have been there 4 times in person to straighten this out. Salesmen don't return our emails or ghost us on texts. I think they see seniors as a waste of time unless they can but something with cash straight out. Loyal customers for over 30 year. That used to mean something but not anymore.

My mother and I were both told multiple times she would get a credit up to $500.00 which could be used to pay off her phone purchase contract with Verizon. We agreed and the mobile line was ported to Xfinity. Now 11 days later we find out the credit will be a maximum of $200.00. This new information was not provided to us at the time of the sale. I called Xfinity to get the information on how to apply for the reimbursement and found out at that time it was only going to be $200.00. My mothers sole reason to switch carriers was the $500.00. Since the Verizon payoff is $600.00 my mother is going to have to come out of pocket for $400.00. We realize people do make mistakes but I asked the salesman at least two times if he was sure the credit was $500.00 and his answer was yes. I even called a T mobile representative while I was at the Xfinity store and was told the $500.00 credit was a good deal. Especially with the no monthly charge for 12 months. We have not returned to the store as we feel it will be a she said he said conversation and I don't want my 89 year old mother to have to go through that. This review is more of a expression of disappointment in Xfinity's customer service.

It's a good system while you have it. Just don't expect them to understand when you tell them that…read morethey sent a technician out upon your request to disconnect the equipment, but wouldn't take it with him. They didn't even have a record of that! I was evicted the day after Christmas, and I wasn't given a lot of time to grab things to their liking. So the equipment was tossed into a dumpster by the contractor hired by the now-former owner to clear out my stuff. I told them that if they tried to take me to court over it, they'd face a truckload of embarrassment. The rep claimed I said I was hiring a lawyer. I never said that. I got enough problems as it is now. I don't need this. They've effectively killed any thoughts of me recommending them.

I actually worked with Vivint for a season in Alabama area back in 2021, and was one of their top…read moreperformers for technicians. At first it seemed like a solid option for a company/job, after a couple months I learned the sour truth. 90% or more of the sales reps just lie and cut corners (illegally). They forged signatures, hid information (actual costs, cancellation timeline, etc.). So many times have I gotten totally done with a 4 hour install (not paid by the hour only what's installed I get paid for) just for the homeowner to be blindsided by the actual cost when I go over the system and make sure they know what they are paying and it's usually not even a close number to what they were told (customer expected $30-$40 a month but is getting charged $80-$90 a month or more). Besides the low morals in the sales side of it, they don't care about employees at all. All the technicians were treated horribly and never got more than pizza party rewards for hitting HUGE milestones when the reps got things worth $500-$700 for the lowest prize, top prize was a brand new Porsche, us technicians got a backpack that fell apart after a month. The other technicians would leave trash and occasionally take items that aren't theirs including personal information from a customer. One technician borrowed a customers phone to "help download the app" he then went into the camera roll and found personal photos meant for no one to see and sent them to his own phone then deleted the message to hide the evidence, then sent it to a group chat with the other technicians in his friend group. I not condoning this behavior or these actions gathered more than enough information and reported it to management who then shrugged it off and swept it under the rug and proceeded to make rest of my time there a living hell. Would not recommend working FOR them and frankly their system is just mid at best, just use a ring camera it's cheaper and the same if not better quality.
