Two promptly came back with bids within 24 hours. One, Bay Alarm set expectations they needed more days and even a weekend to prepare the bid. The weekend came and went without a bid showing up. By Thursday afternoon, a week after the other bids were in my inbox, I called in only to find out the service technician was still working on it. A week after he said we'd have it to us, and long after the others had arrived, still working on it. It made me pause.
