Even the fresh parm came out in a small iron cast tiny dutch oven/pan that was adorable and very on brand with the modern decor around. There is a wall, in one of the seating areas, that has flowers in olive oil so nicely displayed and perfect for a picture background. Some will tell you is bellota but it is not . If they are de bellota - the label must say bellota - 50% , 75 or 100% . Jamon Ibérico and jamon ibérico the bellota are 2 diferente things . Here you find the true bellota ham also find cebo and several other varieties of ham . Don't go to Viandas , they do not have bellota ham . Their hacienda zoritas does not produce bellota ham . They are good reserve ham but not de bellota .
