The anticucho was not grilled, and it seemed to have far too much ají especial or red Peruvian dried pepper. The jalea de mariscos was excessively dark, which suggested old oil was used, and it was quite dry. While the overall flavor was acceptable, the portions of fish and seafood were very small. The picarones (Peruvian doughnuts) were made with white flour, whereas the authentic recipe uses sweet potato and pumpkin flour; however, the syrup was good. The pollo a la brasa had good flavor but was dry, and the fried potatoes were just okay. This place used to be top-notch, but unfortunately, it no longer lives up to that reputation. Prices range from approximately $20 to $25 per dish.
