Our little girl was determined to do the giant zipline and is usually our daredevil. However, when it became her turn, she was a puddle of fear! Do not have your wedding here until they fix that upstairs air conditioner situation they can either mount fans on the wall or something! It's way way too hot especially for brides and bridesmaids who are trying to get ready and feel beautiful. If they don't fix this then I suggest bringing your own fans with extension cords because there's only two outlets.

The DJ is handicapped and in a wheelchair and had one friend helping him load all the equipment in his van. When we got to the Willows we had to clean all the chairs and tables, had to sweep the floors,clean up burned sparklers and cigarette butts. The lighting outside worked about 25% and we had to clean out the refrigerator. Towards the end of the evening the groomsmen and bridesmaids started to clean up everything again and the Willows was spotless. Whitney called the manager and said they were done cleaning and needed their deposit back. The woman told Whitney, very rudely, that the DJ was not out by 12:00am so they will not get their deposit back. Whitney told her how dirty it was to begin with and the woman said I'm not in charge of that. Please post everywhere and the Willows homepage so other couples will not have to go through this. It was a very disappointing occurrence to a very wonderful occasion. So sorry for this rant but this should have never been a problem for Whitney and Rocky before they left for their honeymoon. Drinks have always been well-made and service was always quick and friendly. Nothing to complain about there. I do wish that they had a bigger bathroom or more bathrooms. The one right by the main building is tiny (the men's bathroom has 1 stall and 2 urinals). They do have portable bathrooms there too but who wants to use those... I recommend checking this place out either on Wednesdays when it is open to the public or book it on any other day for a private event.
