Our birthday party had ended so I just ask for a refund on the pizza since everyone was leaving the party. I was ask by the manager if I received receipt which I didn't receive one for my order. He then wanted my name and email and he would send me a voucher. I'm sure I will never see the voucher or a refund. Not a fan of the snack bar.

We had a coupon for free entry to the buffet for kids 14 and under. For me the adult it was about $10 for a pizza buffet. It was decent. I especially like the cheesy bread. They have your basic cheese pizza, pepperoni, pepperoni and sausage, all that with veggies and then all of those with a whole lot of jalapenos. It wasn't super crowded so we were able to get food and get a booth without hassle. After we ate we went into the arcade section. We were happy to be told it was "half off day." The games were half price. The arcade is basically a much cheaper version of Dave and Buster. They have some of the same games but many weren't working properly. They do have bumper cars and a carousel which are unique to them I guess. Overall it was a good time.

No variety and the guy who is supposed to be making it couldn't even speak English to understand to make a variety. This place was so much better back when it was located on cuthbert street. The pizza is always dry and on par in quality with week old little Caesar's. It's just lazy to only put pepperoni or cheese out. There's no flavor. Save your money and go to little Caesar's and let it sit around a few days to get the same experience.

My family waited to the side while I went to get a card and when I returned I was told they were booked up. I asked about the Fun Card and was told no refunds in the card. 100 bones down the drain, so we had to stay and eat there just to make it work.
