The owner I knew when she worked for another place but I was so happy to hear she got her own shop! I have a rescue Golden who doesn't like his feet touched but they work through it with no issues. He didn't even have to be muzzled just told no.. He is a golden through and through. Both our Goldens look amazing when they come back and our small Yorkie mix is just a doll after they are done with her. Not only do we use them personally but our rescue uses them for dogs in need of grooming as well. They also support our rescue by donating services to our auction. She wouldn't let them work on one of her paws. She's never let them work on one of her paws. She shows teeth but they've never reported anything more. It's unfortunate and a little disappointing. They do an alright job. It's super convenient but Moon our german shepherd is always really damp when I pick her up and it's a hit or miss with the proper grooming especially around the potty area where if not done properly can create a mess and the hair matted since our last grooming. Perhaps I shouldn't have asked them to please pay more attention to that area when I dropped them off. It's a bit of a mad house but I appreciated them working with us with Maggy's sensitivity to her paw being worked on.

Debbie has been amazing and it's incredible to have seen her business grow from a little shop to now, a whole salon with workers. I appreciate her and everything she's done for my pups, but frankly these past couple of years haven't been great. She's constantly busy, under delivers and the workers just don't outperform Debbie. We've had more negative experiences like issues with haircuts, long wait times and not the greatest customer service from the newer groomers (super passive texts).
