I'd like to add an update…read more Jillian the Groomer agreed to reimburse me for my puppy's medications. I tried to keep expenses as cheap as possible so I bought her cone at Petsmart for $20, I took my puppy to the vet and they prescribed antibiotics and an ointment. I am currently giving my puppy her meds twice a day. In all of this, my 4# puppy is the victim. I sent Jillian a copy of the bill and asked her to reimburse me as we agreed. Currently, she's telling me her credit card is stolen and they racked up her credit card and she doesn't know when she can get her credit card back. Hmmm. I'm not sure why her credit card issues are somehow my problems. FYI, I work with credit card companies. They are insured. You would not owe any credit card company a penny if someone stole your credit card. I also know that they always overnight your credit card to you. I am frustrated and disappointed. I cannot imagine any business treating a customer this way. It's just not smart business. I have screenshots of our full conversation that I'm keeping in case I need to escalate this matter to the State of Oregon and BBB. I will update with final resolution if/when it happens. UPDATE - - I only charged Jillian the Groomer for the cost of my puppy's medicine and cone. The total is $132.75. Instead of doing the honorable thing, she refunded me my $95. My math says she still owes me $37.76. I will escalate this matter. She had the option to do the right thing and she didn't.

Lisa said that she would not need that as "I can handle a Lhaso Apso". The first time she groomed them, there did not seem to be any issues. However, this last week I took them in for grooming and the older more even tempered dog was groomed and the other was not groomed at all. Lisa stated that she pooped on the table and did somersaults and she could groom her. When she went to bring out my younger dog, she made noise as if she was being abused or had been abused on the grooming table. I know my dog! She never makes those noises! Dogs can't talk so I can't prove that. But I know my dog! This review has been placed for Marty.
