We had the pleasure of dealing with Lee who is an absolutely awesome asset to Land Rover of Darien! Car shopping is exciting but can also be stressful when you aren't sure exactly the model, trim, etc you prefer. Lee was so kind, courteous and patient through every question we had and made the entire process a delight. Never once did we feel pressured or as if we were on a time crunch. The sales manager & finance manager were also very stand up individuals - hard to find nowadays in the car industry. I am pleased to say this dealership checks all the boxes and was so, so awesome to work with! I can't say enough great things about them! I have plenty of friends who love the brand and I will be sending them all here from now on.

Five months post-purchase, I have no NY plates and no clear answer on when the 'clerical mileage error' they admitted to will be fixed. They have repeatedly blamed the DMV, but it is clear the issue is with the vehicle's history. Driving a $50k car on dealer plates for half a year is not what I paid for. I am now seeking legal counsel to sue for a full refund and damages related to the diminished value caused by their failure to disclose these title issues at the time of sale. If you value your money and your peace of mind, stay away from this dealership. I have already filed a complaint with the Connecticut DMV (Form K-35) and am moving forward with legal action.

I will say I was skeptical given the new ownership but they had what I wanted. I will say the sales service was amazing and quick. I was preapproved with Capitalone for a great rate and they were able to match it. Farid really did a great job with the sale. He was helpful, kind, and patient. He also went over all the new features of my new car that were different from my prior vehicle (which I still have by the way). My only complaint is you're force to get the Darcars assurance. I can see the upside to it but don't like you have no choice but to buy it when buying from Darcars. I would still highly recommend them. Great job Darcars Infiniti of Greenwich! Update: John Darvis, the owner of Darcars, reached out to me last week to thank me for my purchase as well as the review. He was also concerned because of my comment on the assurance package. He cleared up any confusion and I couldn't be anymore satisfied with his response and how it was rectified. Thank you John and team for continuing to provide us with excellent service all around.

Good thing I had a $40 coupon from dealership. Not to mention I told advisor twice , I'm here for oil change/tire rotation. Was referred there by owner. I was sent text and asked to rate my first visit there, told them what happened and was told a manager would contact me to make it right. That was 5/14/26, to date, 3 weeks later, nothing, no call. I visited to test drive a vehicle I was seriously considering. I told the salesperson I wanted to start with Lexus, since my past experiences had always been positive. He told me Lexus values repeat customers above all else. That could not have been further from the truth. I had positive equity in my outgoing lease, which I planned to roll into the new one -- but Lexus offered only half the equity I knew I could get elsewhere. When I told the sales rep the offer was insulting and that I was all set for the day, a manager called almost immediately. He laughed when I mentioned a competitor was offering double, telling me "profit is not a dirty word," then bumped his offer by $500 -- still $3,000 short of what I'd been quoted elsewhere. I understand dealerships need to make money, and Lexus stood to profit significantly from my new lease regardless. There was no need to shortchange me on the equity I'd already earned. I'm glad I found another luxury dealer in the area that actually values customer relationships. It's clear the new ownership at Lexus of Westport cares about one thing: the bottom line.

I purchased a 2010 vehicle from them, and the experience was closer to working with a high-end boutique automotive concierge than a traditional dealership. Chris handled my approval process personally and matched me with a vehicle that exceeded every expectation -- mechanically, cosmetically, and in overall quality. The level of care this dealership puts into their cars is exceptional. They replace parts proactively, not reactively, and prepare each vehicle to a standard you rarely see in this industry. When I noticed a brake issue after purchase, I brought the car back and it was handled instantly. They used premium components, walked me through every repair, and ensured the vehicle left the shop in better-than-expected condition. Their commitment to quality is far above the market average, and it shows. Yes, their pricing reflects the amount of work they invest -- but it is worth every dollar. I've purchased vehicles from other dealers where I had to spend thousands in immediate repairs. At Performance Motorcars, everything is done upfront, with total transparency and zero surprises. If you are a buyer who values reliability, honesty, and long-term peace of mind, this is the place to purchase your next vehicle. I could not be happier with my experience.
