This was my first time visiting Aldo's and I was surprised at some of the shoes they had here. It's…read morenot your typical shoe store. They have some dress shoes and fancy sandals, but they also have that rustic, urban, converse mixed with something else kind of shoes, for lack of a better term. These kind of "sneakers" could be easily worn with some nice slacks or dress pants, which was the look I was going for. I was disappointed when the first pair of shoes I liked (Gwowen) were not in stock. The smallest they had was a 14! I guess this was a shoe store for tall people lol. I kept looking for other shoes I might like and again, the particular size I was looking for was not there. Their shoe size was very inconsistent. One shoe would fit just fine, but the same size in a different type, would be too tight. The clerk offered to order or look in other stores, to see if they had any in stock, but I declined. I finally found some Porretta's that my wife and I really liked. I was surprised to have only paid $40 for the shoes. Nowadays I feel like I'm always paying over $60 at least! My experience here was not bad. I felt like the clerk did everything he could to accommodate my requests.

If zero stars were possible, that is exactly what this Swarovski location would receive…read more I went to the Swarovski store at Victoria Gardens on Thursday 8/6/2026 specifically to purchase an anniversary present for my wife. The posted opening time was 10:00 a.m. I had just finished working an entire night shift, yet I still waited outside the locked store from 10:00 a.m. until after 11:00 a.m. No employee arrived to open the store, and there was no sign, explanation, update, or indication that anyone cared enough to inform the customers waiting outside. Leaving customers standing in front of a locked store for more than an hour during publicly posted business hours is unbelievably careless, incompetent, and unprofessional. This is supposed to be a premium luxury brand, but there was absolutely nothing premium about this experience. A company selling expensive jewelry should at least be capable of opening its store on time--or showing customers the basic courtesy of posting a notice when it cannot. I sacrificed sleep after a night shift and made a special trip because I wanted to buy my wife a meaningful anniversary gift. Instead, Swarovski completely wasted my time and turned what should have been an enjoyable occasion into an incredibly frustrating experience. The management of this location should be embarrassed. If employees cannot reliably show up and open the store during advertised hours, customers clearly cannot depend on this location. I will take my business somewhere that respects its customers and is actually capable of operating during its own posted hours. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this Swarovski location.
