I reached out for a quote for roof and wall repairs on Thursday night. Jose came by Friday…read moreafternoon and provided a quote same day. He said he can start the roof repairs that day and come back for the indoor wall repairs on Monday. This was perfect since it was supposed to rain later that night and the next day. He was able to get workers there quickly, and they replaced faulty/missing external vents that allowed water to drain in my house leading to wall damage. He provided before and after pictures as well as a birds-eye view pictures of the roof which was nice to have. The repairs came with 2 year warranties. On Monday, he had a worker come by and begin repairing the drywall. They repaired the damaged wall, bought paint to match the wall, texturized it, sanded, and added two coats of paint, and dried everything all in the same day. As a plus, they let me keep the remaining paint. Some nice touches that were appreciative, they always wore shoe covers and never wore shoes inside. They were cognizant of cleaning up any mess that was created from the work being performed. Even going as far as cleaning the attic to clean up anything that dropped during the roof repairs. They also vacuumed through the entire path that they walked as they left. One final thing that was surprising, as Jose left, he noticed our gate didn't completely close. He let me know he could fix it, 5 minutes later, it works again. The attention to detail from Jose and his team were great.

I called ASAP; they initially advised that they were behind on schedule (makes sense due to the hurricane) so it would be a few days before they could get to me. Fortunately, once I gave my address they realized someone was in the neighborhood and they came and gave me a quote that same day. Wow! The quote was a fraction, I mean like an insane fraction, of what was being quoted to me by multiple parties. They also advised my roof had several more years left on it before I needed to consider replacement. The roofer was here within the time frame he advised, did one more final inspection to ensure he was fixing all the necessary areas and discussed them with us, finished and explained what he had done. I was so happy to have found them! I do recommend their services for anyone in need!!! Fair rates and great service!! I will say - hold on to the expectation of perky service, the gentleman I dealt with was very direct and to the point. By no means rude at all, quite the opposite, in fact. But also not the preppy secretary from the Houstonian. I will be using them in a few years when it's time to replace my roof.

I called back the next day as it wasn't originally made clear that it may take a while as she does not know the contractors schedule. I stated okay that is fine and she stated that she would get back with me. So I gave it a week and called the following Thursday to check to see if she was able to speak with the contractors. She cut me off and stated that she had left a voice message; however, I did not have a voicemail or even a missed call so I provided my number again. She stated that he had some availability in about a hour if I would be home. I said great and the guy showed up within the hour. He examined my window and stated that he would have to come back Friday or Saturday with a ladder to check out my roof. I stated great I will be home all day on both days. He stated the office would give me a call to set it up. I provided him with my number to make sure that they had the correct number on file. I never heard anything else and didn't even bother following up because of the poor customer service. If my house was too far, job too small or they were too busy I would rather be told that than ignored.
