Anastacio came out the first week of the new year and was very professional and knowledgeable. We needed some flashing replaced that was really never installed correctly. Anastacio was determined to make sure the work was done correctly. We waited after a heavy rain to ensure there were no more leaks on the ceiling before writing this review. I'm happy to say after a full month and a heavy rain the ceiling is dry. I would recommend this company and will reach out to them again for anymore roofing needs :)

I did this for no favors and on my own accord. This review is about 2 weeks overdue but I really have to make it known HOW AMAZING IT IS TO WORK WITH STEPHEN ANS HOLDING ROOFING!!!! I don't know how exactly my mother found him but Stephen and his company has truly surpassed every milestone and expectation and went above and beyond. His patience to listening what my mother requests has been extra ordinary. My mother and I are of Asian descent and although my English is as American as it can get...; my mother can be hard to understand many times with her English. According to my mother and the many interactions I've had with Stephen, he has been courteous, extremely patience and followed through with every word of the contract. He follows up with text messages, phone calls, and voice messages between my mother, two sisters and I. I can understand how frustrating that can be to reconfirm, or go over the details because my mother just wanted to make sure she understood the terms for her new roof replacement. Stephen of the time reexplained, came to the house, called or text to explain the details. For those that reside within an HOA establishment and are concerned with the stringent requirements or finding a company that will make sure no time and money is wasted, EVERYONE, should reach out to Holding Roofing. He knew the details of what our HOAs requirements were and this helped us stay on track and time. Even when we found out paperwork that needed to be filled , Stephen gladly paused the work until WE were satisfied before starting the construction demolition and roofing of my parent's roof. The day of roofing came and his team treated our property and our neighbors as if they lived there. Even before beginning work, Stephen reached out to make sure if we wanted our satellites re installed. Staging, demolition of the roof was clean throughout and the entire 2000 ? sq foot home and was completed in 1-2 days ( maybe one day). Came by to make sure and went over warranty information with my mother :) and then myself(over the phone). We were so impressed with his professionalism, work, communication that we preceded to have his company work on my home, as well as my sister's in the near future( hopefully by August). If every company could operate like Stephen's Holding roofing company, workmanship, then we would have a perfect world of trustworthy people. The billing department personnel, Aubrey, gets 10/10 stars as well. She is quick to return calls, arrange payments and is genuinely a kind and nice person to work with. We had our roof replaced in Oct 2008 when IKE hit the area. The work was done well and we were…read morepleased. A few years later, small leak and Paul was quick to respond, take a look and make some repairs at a minor cost. 10 years later, we are selling and the buyers inspector has a roofing company come out and they recommend a whole new roof and that the shingles are defective and will only last 1-2 years. I text Paul with details, he calls me back within 30 minutes, has my file and looked at the inspection report. He has Ted come out within 3 hours, gets on the roof and documents any issues which defunct the issue that the shingles were in bad shape at all. The roof will last another 7-8 years. Knowing our option period ends next day, Ted heads to the office and produces an estimate, clearly documents the roof is in good shape and outlines how we can transfer the warranty to the new owner after close. I was very happy with the quick response, the quality of their assessment and the timeline of producing what we needed to educate the buyer. Thanks Paul and Ted.
