He came the next morning to do the work with his guys. We thought our tree was surely a goner after the winter storms, but he was able to trim back just the dead limbs and haul everything away. I sent out for some quotes on Yelp and I don't remember seeing Rigo in there but somehow I was connected and glad it happened. Rigo came out with a good quote. I wanted to get a permit for my dead Ash ahead of time and he followed up every so often to ensure the process was going well. It took about 3 weeks for the city of Austin to approve it. Rigo's company texts which is a nice bonus. I was finally ready to schedule and they came out the next day. This is going to sound cheesy but I really liked how they had matching shirts. It made them look official. The process was really quick and they did a great clean-up job, especially all the woodchips. They all were very knowledgeable about trees and told me they offer planting services too. Helped me with ideas for a future tree. I will start by stating I did not personally use this company, however, our neighbors did. This company decided it was okay to trespass onto our property while cutting tree limbs from our neighbors trees with no knock on the door or asking ahead of time. We heard a odd noise on the roof and noticed when I looked outside there was a ladder leading to our roof. We immediately went outside and they all pretended like they didn't know what was going on or what to say when asked who gave them permission to access our roof. They were not only utilizing our roof to cut limbs but they were cutting these limbs over our AC unit with nothing in place to protect it from limbs that could have damaged it. As they proceeded to cut limbs they also broke our fence in our back yard and cut limbs into our backyard. After that you would have thought they would have begun cutting the limbs properly and securing them to land else where or safely out of the way of things but that wasn't the case. After expressing our displeasure they proceeded to cut a huge limb that hit our fence again and landed in our backyard. It was so large we had to cut it up and toss the pieces over. It wasn't until that happened and I literally had to scream at the guy to tell him he was not to cut anymore limbs into our backyard that they finally started cutting them and pulling them as they were cut the direction of our neighbors yard, which is what they should have done all along. When we told them they would be fixing the damaged fence the response was "Well yea, IF we caused the damage we'll fix it." As if they didn't notice the giant limb hit it broke it While they were cutting limbs. Now we have to have our roof inspected as well, which they will also pay for any damages found there also. The man who claimed to be in charge used the excuse "Well I wasn't here to assess it all before they started." As if the men from his crew weren't capable of making sound decisions. The fact that they trespassed onto the roof alone blew my mind but to continue to stay up there and tell us "We're almost done." when they weren't and refusing to get off until they were nearly had me calling the cops. I would not hire this company. They are unprofessional and inconsiderate and clearly brave to think they can access anyone's property that they want when they want. read more

Such a great group to work with! I just reached out yesterday for a quote, they came by the same day and gave me a competitive price, and the trees are already gone! Rigo Tree Services were very quick to respond, providing a competitive quote the same day and were available the following day for my emergency request. Removed 2 trees and raised the canopy on almost all my trees in one day. After a slight miscommunication, came back to remove another 2 more trees over two more days and made sure they got it right. Overall very satisfied. Wish I could have given 5 stars and be completely satisfied, but they left some small debris and some branches behind, some of them medium sized...see pic. I wasn't available to walk the job with the foreman/boss after they were done...just be sure you do and I'm sure you'll be very satisfied as they try hard to make it right. read more

The owner, Rigo, gave an estimate the day before work, checking trees in front and back and listening closely to what we wanted done. He then came today, June 19, with his son and a helper and started right on time. They worked quickly, taking less than 3 hours to trim two sizable tres and cut down 5 other bothersome trees. They hauled away every branch, woodchipped, loaded up and cleaned up while dealing cheerfully with city workers and trash trucks that crowded their equipment. Writing this review before they have completely finished the job (stump still left to grind on Saturday) but I've been so impressed that I have all confidence it'll be fine and done well. I had another company come out for an estimate to remove a tree killed by the winter freeze. Their price was much higher and told me the soonest they could do the job was four (4) months. Rigo Tree Service just happened to have left a flyer on my door that same day. They came that night too provide an estimate, were back less than 48hrs later to do the tree removal and some other trimming work. Rigo Tree Services did a great job helping us clean up after the Memorial Day weekend storms. We had a 40' tree that snapped in two about 8' up. The base was in the garden and the rest of the tree fell into the rest of our back yard, leaving the tree hanging precariously over a low fence that separated the garden from the yard. They managed to remove this tree without any damage to the fence or garden. They also removed another tree that was against the house that had broken in half without any further damage to the house. There were several other branches still up high in the trees that they were able to go up and cut down. They were quick, professional, and very reasonably priced. When we called they were very accommodating and would come out whenever we wanted before dark. So he came out the next day after I got off work, gave us a very reasonable quote for removing one large dying tree and trimming three other large trees. However, with Rigo Tree Service, the crew of four spent almost 4 hours trimming and removing the materials. My trees now look the best they have in years!
