Then there would be times when we stopped to get stuff rather than actually driving, which wasted a bunch of time driving. I was also told that it would take 2-3 weeks to print my certificate, but it actually took a whole month, and it wasn't even printed; it was sent to me through the website last minute. Scheduling was also hard, but I don't think that is their fault, as there are only 3 instructors there, but it's okay. They would also give a tone sometimes, but it's cool, I got my certificate and license now.

I chose to take all three of my OAE assessments at this location because of them. They treated me with kindness and handled every situation with the utmost professionalism. On my second assessment, Pearson had decided to do an automatic system update mid day. Even though that caused a large delay and the need for many to reschedule, Erika and Cora handled the situation with grace as they worked hard to meet the needs of the 8 other test-takers in the building. Finally, the atmosphere in this office is amazing as well. The waiting area, restrooms, and testing room are all spotless. The entire place is clean and organized. I especially appreciate all the plants and relaxing music in the waiting room. It really helped ease my test anxiety when I walked in.
