They were able to schedule us very quickly and worked with our busy schedules. The instructors were patient, kind, and knowledgeable. They took their time to make sure my son was comfortable and confident behind the wheel. They also went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable, thanked me for trusting them with my son, and updated me on his progress after each of his drives. I couldn't be more impressed! I feel assured that my son is much more responsible, safe, and prepared to be on the road because of IDA. Thank you!

I was making my daughter call and do all the communication because it's her classes but after she had to call a few times they stopped answering her phone number but when I called they answered right away until I had to call a few times then they did the same to me until I left a message demanding answers... and Linda got on the phone extremely rude full of excuses lazy not helpful or even wanting to help... I'd save your money and frustration and do NOT go with this company... we signed up roughly almost a year ago and still need to do the driving session... they have no sense of urgency and like I said before extremely rude and lazy

Our child completed the classroom work 4 weeks ago and there have been no road classes available. We are told to keep calling and checking online but there are never any choices to select. We're stuck waiting months to get into a car and it may be many months after our child has turned 16 that they get their license. My 14 year old will be taking drivers education elsewhere.

Administrators and staff are very rude and do not care about you or your learning. Your business will be spread through staff and admin and even classmates! They play favoritism as well. This school is not set up for you so succeed as a lot of it is self taught and for the amount that you pay the quality of the labs and sims are TERRIBLE. They reuse supplies and often times make you "pretend" instead of opening supplies. They also take expired supplies from the hospitals which they should be able to afford without taking donations. The financial aid office is running a money laundering scheme so make sure you TRIPLE check all of your financial aid documents.
