My 2nd instructor was Melanie, she was very nice and we connected really well. She reminded me of my aunt! She did yell at me at all, even when I made a major mistake. Lastly is Rachel. Rachel is kindest soul ever and I was glad to have her for my last in-car. She really helped me with maneuverability and we connected really well! Instead of addressing concerns through fair investigation or transparent communication, the administration jumps straight to punishment. What is even more concerning is that the school has attempted to block certain students from taking their state certification exam, an exam that directly impacts their future careers. Withholding access to a required licensing test over unproven allegations is not only unfair but feels deeply unethical. Students invest their time, money, and trust expecting an education, not hostility or intimidation. I would not recommend this school to anyone considering a trade career. A school should support its students, not create unnecessary obstacles for them.
