They were able to schedule us very quickly and worked with our busy schedules. The instructors were patient, kind, and knowledgeable. They took their time to make sure my son was comfortable and confident behind the wheel. They also went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable, thanked me for trusting them with my son, and updated me on his progress after each of his drives. I couldn't be more impressed! I feel assured that my son is much more responsible, safe, and prepared to be on the road because of IDA. Thank you!

I took this course and was admittedly not prepared--I didn't have my…read morelearner's permit before the in-car sessions, but the school was incredibly flexible in scheduling later when I did have it. I didn't have much behind-the-wheel experience when I started (collectively, ~2 hrs), but they didn't mind spacing my sessions out so I could get more time on the road between sessions, which I really appreciate. After each in-car lesson, they sent me off with a paper giving details about what I did well and what I need to work on. I found that to be incredibly useful for the maneuverability test, especially. My teacher was also super open to helping accommodate a space for my sensory issues while I took the written test, I just had to speak with her!

I called the school and she was not willing to reprint the certificate until after 5 which means I have to reschedule his test again. She spent more time telling me how this was my responsibility then it would have taken to print the form. She was beyond rude to my son and then to me. This was their error in not sending the completed certificate and she made no attempts to rectify this situation. If you want rude and discourteous, send your kid here. If not look elsewhere

Attempted to contact someone to deal to about the issue was difficult enough because they never answer the phone. However, when my phones calls were returned, the receptionist was rude and told me it was my sons fault instead of taking accountability for their oversight. There was never an apology or even an acknowledgement of wrongdoing. Only placing blame on the CUSTOMER! I pre-paid for my daughter's in-car. It is April, she is not suppose to start until June. Due to the conflict with my son, I requested a refund. Randy, who I assume is the only, refused. Please save yourself the trouble.
