He was very knowledgable and he quickly analyzed our troubled situation. I was delighted when I saw his bid was the lowest. He quickly fixed our leaky roof and replaced the section that was the biggest problem. To our surprise he went above and beyond what he promised. He patched other places on the roof that was just about to be our next leak. When I saw it I asked him how much more we owed him and he would not take anymore. When it rains it pours, and then your roof gives way... This was our situation during a recent string of rain days, and with a quick message to Right Way Roofing, and then a text, they were at my house in the pouring rain assessing what could be done to minimize the continued damage until the rain subsided. Then as soon as there was a break in the rains they came out and put a temporary fix in place to get us through the rest of the storms. In the end they offered solutions for our horrible flat roof and massive (and numerous) issues. They offered a more then fair price, and worked over a weekend to get our new roof coating and flashing done. This company has been difficult to work with. After setting an appointment, no one showed up at the set time. When I called them back, it was obvious that they forgot to log my appointment. They did on the other hand send someone to inspect the roof 30 minutes later.. After our appointment, I expected a quote within 24 hours... after receiving no response, I contacted them asking for one- 48 hours later still no response. My advice for this company- reassign Shawn to another role. He is unresponsive, forgets to set appointments, and unprofessional in his correspondence. Probably not the first point of contact you want for the company. read more

This was awhile ago but Right Way Roofing did an excellent job fixing a leaky room- partially caused by a botched solar installation and partially by a substandard job done by another roofing outfit. Everything was quickly fixed and the interior ceiling refurbishing to fix the leak damage was excellent. They even threw in free installation of a vent for the one bathroom. We had a leak in our bathroom from the roof. I found this company and decided to reach out to them since they had five stars. Their response to my inquiry was very prompt and sincere. They sent John for inspection the same day. He was nice and after inspection he gave me a quote. I said I'll get back to them after talking to my husband. Since the next day I've been messaging Sean and asking for an appointment for the repair, but all I get is "I'll get back to you in a little" and it never happens. I've tried three times already. It's pretty disappointing that they provide this kind of service. read more

Im bummed about having to write this review but I've had the same experience with Shawn as other Yelpers on here. I had to make multiple follow-ups to get him to show up for the estimate and once the estimate was approved and we had noticed 80 tenants he was a no show on the day the repairs were supposed to begin. When I called he didnt even seem to remember they were scheduled foe that day. Shawn proceeded to schedule another date saying he already had the material only to not show up a second time. Nice guy but just really not accountable. We had multiple people calling us asking why they never came. read more

I hired Right Way Roofing to do a full inspection of my roof and replace any loose and missing shingles. Shawn quoted me a price of $3500 to do the repair. Two men came to my home the next day and one went on the roof and one stayed on the ground. As the man on the roof threw down shingles, the man on the ground bagged them. One hour later, both men were gone, they never checked in with me or verified that they completed the repair. When I text Shawn, he assured me the entire job was done, he never came to inspect the work. Within 3 weeks, shingles from my roof were in the backyard and on the street. When I text Shawn on a Thursday, he stated he would have someone out Sunday or Monday. I let him know at that time that there was already some water damage inside of the home and more rains to come. After several attempts to contact him without hearing back thereafter, I text him stating that I assumed he abandoned the job he replied saying he would let me know later, that was Monday after nobody showed up. It's now Wednesday and I still can't get ahold of him. It's raining and water has made it's way into my home damaging my ceiling and walls. I paid him $3500 for a repair that they took an hour on. read more
