Ray quickly responded and not only offered a better price; but seemed to be very knowledgeable about our system. He came to our house and was able to get the old unit working temporarily at no charge and further impressed us with his knowledge. I felt we could trust him and ordered a new boiler from him and also a new gas hot water heater as it was near the end of its life. We put a deposit on the parts and when they arrived he and an assistant installed them.
