Worst company ever…read more The person who handles their calls and scheduling is extremely rude and indifferent. She is the worst representative possible for a customer. No customer service. Quite the opposite. I believe she is the owner's wife. She is indifferent as best, hostile and angry at worst. She answers questions rudely. Does not return calls. Sounds exasperated ALL THE TIME. They did super shoddy work in our home. The HVAC system is not well sealed and heat and AC escape all over the place leading to inefficiency. They failed to seal the top of our ducts. There is air escaping everywhere. Returns have been placed in bad spots. The owner seems to have a bunch of right-wingers working for him who spend their day listening to far-right political commentary while they work on HVAC systems. The owner (Tim? Ted? Tom?) is an extremely poor communicator, gruff, thuggish, and spent a lot of time telling us how he manages to "get back at" difficult clients by doing substandard work that won't be immediately apparent. He bragged about this and was quite proud of his deceptive ways. Totally unprofessional company. Do. Not. Use. Run. If I could give them a zero, I would. They should go out of business for the ways they treat their customer and the sloppy work they do.

He said something strange about 'probably' calling Monday. For context: it was in the middle of a brutal heat wave, and I have 2 kids and a dog. I left a msg and texted on Monday and was . . . GHOSTED. No response at all. It would have been (somewhat) professional to just tell me they couldn't help at that point, but to ghost a potential customer was unbelievably unprofessional. I had freshly perked coffee (old school) on the stove waiting for them when they arrived, pumpkin spice glazed donuts, and bagels which they were very happy about.
