Brandon and Aaron, the installation team, were top-notch in all respects. Our older home gave them good opportunities for demonstrating their skill, creativity, adaptability, and determination, all of which they showed in good measure. I can say that the sales people and technicians I dealt with have all been very respectful and considerate of the homeowner. I went with Nero in spite of a slightly higher bottom line, and am very happy with the results.

I don't think I would have kept an oil heating system in my home for this many years, if it weren't for Ryan's Oil. I had a service issue a couple of years ago and they came immediately. I can confirm that even though I've been paying for a service contract for 3 years (and been a member since Kasden Fuels in 2017), I can't get oil either. This is on top of an email confirming I'd get oil yesterday. The only response I got from the customer service rep was "I'll get oil when they're in the area". Uhh...we're not talking about stopping by for a coffee, we're talking about heating oil to keep my pipes from freezing over. My guess is either the company is on the verge of bankruptcy and can't afford to get heating oil to deliver, or is such a bad company to work for they don't have any remaining drivers. If you're somehow reading this review in the future and debating if Petro is worth using for services or oil...don't. Whatever is going on, this is clearly a company in deep financial or management issues that I don't see them ever coming back from. My heart goes out to the employees that have to suffer from whatever the hell is going on over there. Look up the CT Oil Co-Op and have them redirect you to a company that is worth using.
