The better business actually gave them an A+ that's because nobody ever reported him but I will. The owner Dan Cotnoir knows how to work the system. He has breached contracts and had the state of Nh protect him the builder. He will promise you the world and in the end not deliver and you the home owner will be left hanging. So if you or someone you know are having a house built or are buying a house that he built think twice and walk away I will save you the heartache up front I don't normally write like this but this is one builder who needs to learn how to be honest and fair. And then maybe people might write good things.

The job I hired them for was to rebuild my deck and they worked with me from beginning to end, even offering suggestions. They were honest, hard working, and always communicated with me. I signed my contract after agreeing to an affordable quote and they actually finished ahead of schedule. Never pressured me for the deposits and always asked me to come out to see the progress they had made that day. Kyle is a very hard working guy and will stay until the job is done right. I can't say enough and can't express how happy I am with the finished project. They did above and beyond and I am definitely calling them for any additional work I have. I HIGHLY recommend Lavallee Construction. Personable, honest and trustworthy through and through!
