Got told I didn't know how flashing was supposed to look, and got gaslighted into just saying "ok" and paying because fixing items was a hassle. "It's a 100 year old house" -yes we know. We're trying to make it better but it definitely felt like we were judged on this aspect, and were treated as such.

Contractor estimated 3 days and the work took approximately 3 weeks. No one has come out for the punch list items after Tom said he would send someone out about 2 weeks ago. No paperwork was provided with the sliding door- so no manufacturer warranty. We don't expect any further contact.
