We had him install our new towel bars, toilet paper holder and hand towel rings. He did precision work, cleaned up after each days work, made sure everything met expectations. He moved furniture in our bedrooms and returned everything exactly where it belonged upon completion. Because of the quality of his work we had him return to paint our family room. Again an awesome job. Again today he came to fix two doors a porch door needed adjustments with strike plate, overall realignment, rubber door seal. The French door had rot that needed to be cut out and repaired, installed rubber door seal, new sweep, door required overall adjustment, including strike plate adjustment. He will return in a few weeks to help us out with another small project. Keith is professional, a great communicator, makes sure he does a walk through upon completion of his work. His prices are reasonable. He's a professional that is very easy to work with.

When I questioned him about this, he claimed sanding and blowing off the debris was enough. Not according to the paint manufacturer!! He left staples in the wood and just painted over them! I even would come back and look at it to admire it in the 2 months it took for the cabinets to come in. We did not get our cabinets there. We wanted to initially but they just seemed asleep at the wheel and like they didn't care whether we went with them or not and didn't help us to make decisions out of indifference. But whatever. We loved the marble slab and they would fabricate it, install it, etc., so fine. When I went to check out the slab a few days before they were to come--we went to see how they had laid out the template on the **2 slabs** we had picked and.......there was only one--and it was NOT the same slab we had picked and had been waiting all this time for. A worker confessed they had given the slabs to someone else and swapped out the slabs for a different lot. This lot, and the slots were darker and had lots of brown in it, which we did NOT want and we intentionally--as I said--had selected the slabs we wanted for the exact color of THOSE slabs. We had selected all the colors of the kitchen based on what we had selected. We picked the cabinets based on it, the backsplash, the wall color, the shelving, the flooring. The slab we wanted was shimmering luminescent sparkling white with streaks of green and blue-grey. This slab was opaque and none of the green or blue. The disdainful women sneered and said it was the exact slab/lot we had bought. I had photos of the original slab and showed them it was different. They lied to our faces and said with a shrug "Don't know what to tell you. You can pick something else but it'll be 12 weeks before we'd be able to schedule. " My Mom is 95 years old--back then she was 92--literally days before Thanksgiving, and we could not have plywood countertops for Thanksgiving and for 3 months subsequently. Plus, there was no comparable stone in their yard to what we had selected, so even if we decided to wait....they had no stone like the one we DID pick out. I started writing this review 3 years ago when this all happened and was so heartbroken I couldn't finish. Three years later....it still is awful and a massive disappointment. My Mom was going for her dream kitchen this late in life, and these ugly white and brown slabs that were NOT the slabs we picked have not improved. I wonder to this day who came along with a wad of money and convinced "Quality" Granite to give them OUR slab. Incredibly sad and kind of sickening. I am embarrassed when people pretend to like the countertops because they're not the magical sparkling counters my Mom fell in love with. Contracted these guy for a Four Season Sunroom to replace a screen porch. The company seemed very…read moreknowledgeable about the product and was very helpful with the design. Our design required a frost wall with concrete floor. Everything went fine at first, site-work, excavation and foundation were OK. The sunroom build seemed to go quickly and the three walls were completed as work ended one day. The next day Saturday, was windy and the three walls colapsed. The glass is tempered and very strong and we were lucky nothing broke but some of the framework was bent. I asked the builder to ensure no damaged pieces were used to rebuild the wall, he said this would not happen, more on the later. When the room was completed we loved it! Nice and bright and far better than the screen room but on rainy day it leaked, badly. One corner leaked so much I had to shop-vac the water up. We called Classic Sunrooms back and they sent their guys out. They started to caulk all the seams. This didn't work and looked horrible! The leaking continued every time it rained. Later, I got a call from the sub-contractor who did the foundation work and also poured the floor, asking if we were satisfied with his work. I said we were, the floor was flat and level with no cracks. He said that he still was not paid for his work and called me because he didn't want to put a lien on our house for the money owed. Holy cow! I paid Classic Sunrooms in October for the site-work and this was now January. I tried to contact Classic Sunrooms by calles, emails and certified mail, without a responce. I took a portion of the money owed Classic Sunrooms and paid the concrete guy directly. This made me realize that Classic Sunrooms business practices were not the most stellar. The leaking went on for a year and a half before they finally took the leaking sections apart and reassembled them.So much water had leaked for so long that the floor heaved up which required a separate concrete guy to fix. We still love the design and the produce but I would use the guys is Massachusetts to install this product.

More importantly Mike advertised himself as a licensed plumber and I later found out he was not. The N.H. attorney general brought him in a couple days ago for a disciplinary hearing and proposed a 4k dollar fine which he will surely have to pay. There was so many issues with the work Mike did I brought him to small claims court and won a judgment of $7,300.00 but that doesn't even begin to cover the cost to redo his amateurish and unlicensed work and thats if we even ever get paid .According to court records Mike has been sued 9 times over the last 10 years and he lost all but one law suit.He has been arrested for failure to pay and is constantly being brought back to court by others he owes money to just as we will have to do.While doing our job Mike said he couldnt come in a couple days because he didnt feel well and come to find out he was actually in court those days,its all public record.Mikes son works with him and again through court records we found out his son is a felon for more than one reason but the one that I found most concerning was for multiple drug charges and this is a kid that was going in and out of my bedroom. Mike and Darlene are con artists that need to be shut down. They are extremely rude, filthy unprofessional people. We read the revies and thought he would do a good job based on them but come to find out a lot of the positive reviews they have are from friends and family and the negative ones they get dont stay up long because Darlene being the master manipulator she is somehow gets them removed.Do yourself a favor and Check out Mike Troila and his family through the N.H. court records and save yourself time money and aggravation ,I sure wish I did prior to hiring him he turned my life upside down and now I will have to struggle to try to get my judgment from him for what I assume will be years to come based on the fact I havent seen a dime and apparently he isnt paying all the other people he owes either. On first sight my bathroom looks good however once you look around you see so many mistakes. The ones that my eyes always go to is how none of my floor tiles are straight or even across. My pathway is so wonky looking with no real prominent curve. His eye for detail is so lacking. It's sad especially when doing tile work. There is lots of missing grout and caulking. I waited years to get my dream bathroom but when I walk into my bathroom it's disappointing. My husband and I tried to tell Mike but he has no interest.
