We used Right Image Builders for two major project phases but didn't post this review right away, in part, to see how the quality and craftsmanship held up over time. The first phase of work (roof, gutters, insulation) was completed about 20 months ago and the second phase (windows, patio cover with lights, exterior painting, custom iron gates, relocated electrical and plumbing, custom retaining wall, side garage door, etc) was completed about 15 months ago. The new construction "shine" has not dimmed with the elapsed time and we are very pleased with the work completed. Our house looks, functions and feels so much better! Right Image Builders really did an outstanding job on our home and we are very satisfied! Pushy. I wanted a small repair done and also to think about a larger, more thorough repair. They have a minimum job size, which is fair enough. But they kept pushing for me to sign for the job that day. I kept saying, "Give me two quotes, for simple and thorough repairs, and I'll get back to you." I must have said it 10 times, once or twice after they asked, "What could make you sign today?" And they never sent me the quotes. Yet another contractor with ignorant, disrespectful employees. I have a "do not solicit" sign right by my door knob. Louie larios knows on my door upsetting my dogs and interrupted a phone meeting I was having. He offered to give me a roof estimate. I asked him if he bothered to read the "no solicitation" sign. He said no then he left. I called the office number on his card and "Vladimir " answered by saying hello. He didn't mention any company name. It was as if he was on his cell phone. I told him about his employee and ask to be put on his no knock list. He said ok and nothing else. After a 10 second pause by him I asked if he wanted my address to which he said "no, I don't need it". I asked him how he was going to get my address and he said "we can figure it out". I recommend Vlad and his Right Image Builders team for any home repair. I worked with him for over 2 months at the end of 2023 on a variety of projects, and was impressed with his speed, quality, and the value compared to other quotes I was receiving from other companies. To give more context, my house suffered a fire in late 2020 and was rebuilt by a different company that recently completed. However, there were some exterior projects that were out of scope of my house rebuild that I needed to find other contractors to fix for me. Basically, my house was brand new but a lot of the exterior needed fixing, so while getting quotes for waterproofing 2 of my decks, I met Vlad. He quoted me the best price and fast timeline from everyone I met, so I signed with him. Then I told him I needed help with my driveway, backyard, smooth stucco repair, and some short retaining walls to secure my property line. His team started, and I couldn't believe how fast and efficient his team was completing each task. Over October and November of 2023, his team transformed every inch of the exterior of my house, even adding concrete walkways with drainage to both sides of my house, and privacy fencing around the entire perimeter. I met with dozens of General Contractors including most of the larger companies in the area, and either their quotes were insanely high, or they couldn't start the work for a few months. Vlad always had the best prices and timeline so we kept working together. Seeing how the work was quite extensive, I wanted to wait until my house experienced some heavy rain to see how everything held up to give this review. I'm happy to say that after the recent heavy downpour in my area, everything still looks perfect! In conclusion, maybe I just got lucky with my timing with Right Image Builders, but I sincerely think it's from Vlad's attitude and the way he runs his company. He's positive, but also knows what is possible within a tight budget. He took the time to map out multiple scenarios for my needs, and then communicated that to all his teams doing the work. Vladimir is an excellent contractor. He was prompt, thorough and responsive in getting a bid to me and in completing the subsequent work. His price was very fair unlike 3 other contractors I requested bids from. He always had his crew show up on time and he made sure he was here regularly to monitor the process. He was tasked with rebuilding a retaining wall with a wooden fence on top. He made sure the drainage was proper behjnd the retaining wall. He explained all of the steps along the way. His crew was polite and hard working. They made sure I was happy with the work all along and were so helpful in selecting ring paint colors etc. I would highly recommend Right Image Builders for your job. I plan to engage them again once I can save bough money to remodel my kitchen. Don't trust RIGHT IMAGE BUILDERS, they work irresponsibly, they always LIE to customers. After the contract expired I sent them a Reminder notice and gave them another week to get a permit Installation Solar Panel, If after 1 week you do not complete your job, I will call another contractor to continue working and deduct the money, but they did not do anything. They still LIED again and said they already had a permit. I called the city to ask and was informed that no one has come to ask for permission to install solar panels at your property. Neighbors scolded capital because their driveway had a lot of nails. Around my house also had a lot of nails and a lot of wood dust flew down from the roof. Every evening after we got home from work, my wife and children had to go out and pick up the scattered nails. Right Image Builders were hired to build a new Trex deck and Trellis. We were happy and satisfied with the end result. The process had its challenges. I've been in the commercial construction industry for over 25 years, so I am familiar with the process of construction, and what is currently occurring in the industry with supply issues and labor shortage. Initial schedule for completion was 3 weeks, but it took 7 weeks. The project manager, Mike, was very good with communication, and he updated me daily with progress. The challenges I saw was miscommunication between Mike and the field crew. The quality control aspect needs to be addressed, as I would need to bring up issues at the end of each work day. Mike was very good to address these right away. I have communicated my feedback to the Owner, so hopefully, these challenges will be addressed on their future projects. read more

We hired Right image Builders to restore our front porch (changing the railing and replacing the deck wood floors and subfloors). The work on the railing was done very poorly at first (railing posts were not installed properly, some posts were upside down, etc) and we had to ask them to come back to fix it. The floors seemed fine at first in spite of some irregular gaps between the boards, but after the first rain, the wood started warping, even after we hired another contractor to seal them with epoxy. The floors were obviously not properly constructed to be completely sealed in the first place. Overall a very poor job for a company claiming to specialize in decks.
