It was 2 weeks old when I got a virus or two or three. I was given pricing upfront. I knew the price could change depending on the actual work that had to be done, but they had performed such a good analysis before picking it up that the the price was the same. I was given updates while the machine was away, and it was returned within a week. I was hauling my machine home to Pearland to have it serviced, so no more of that! They also have the ability to "work on" or take a peek at your machine offsite, and that speeds up the process. Great service, and I am so glad to have someone to call when I need help.
