Honest advice at a good price…read more I had an old laptop that was running so slow, they were able to take it in the morning and have it diagnosed by the afternoon and fixed by the following morning for pick up. They did the standard package of running diagnostics on it (which comes at a standard rate ~$125) and giving me honest feedback that for my needs, they did the best they could with the type of computer I had. All the while, giving me advice for my next computer purchase since this one didn't meet my needs.
