I sent attached pictures and he called me back saying that I had a Baldwin lock set and I should just re-key the locks because the lock was really expensive and carries a lifetime guarantee. I had 3 Baldwin locks re-keyed for $125, which included the trip charge. I just want to point out that he could have come, put in the dead-bolts that I wanted and left with the "life-time warranty" lock and just resell it. After I hung up with him, he sent me the link to the picture I also added. The lock is $516!!! Who knew? He did and he was honest about it!!! What a rarity. Great guy, super personable, chatted about his family, wood floors & shared some stories. Really great guy !

Jorge arrives as scheduled and does a replacement with a genuine part and all is good... except not. The ice maker tried to live but in the end refused to reliably work... call Jorge the Appliance Master and he arrives on time with tools and declares the unit d-e-a-d. THE IMPORTANT BIT - he got the replacement and returned as promised, against traffic none the less!, replacing the old unit quick and sharp. WHY? is that the important bit, Billy? because service after the sale, especially warranty service, is how you tell the good providers from the GREAT in any field. The part took awhile longer to come in than expected, but that was not Jorge's fault: once he had the part, he came back ASAP to install it. I would absolutely recommend Jorge and would call him again if (ok WHEN) I have another appliance problem. Very professional, polite, and trustworthy.
