The next month, Verizon (not the store) attempted to charge me in full for the phone and not validate the deal Emily made. I contacted her, and within 30 minutes the charge was taken off including all fees and my bill went back to the amount that was agreed upon when I got the new phone. She was polite, quick, and effective. I have never had a "good" experience with phone companies but I will be coming to this location as long as she is here.

The stock here was also sparse, but understandably so considering that it was mid-June and everyone has been hunkering down since mid-March. Our representative was very polite and mostly efficient. I got the feeling that he was flying solo, despite that there was a manager and several other co-workers who were essentially twiddling their thumbs and riding the clock.
