Yeah I can find things online, but I'm old school, I need to see it in person and walk out with it. I don't trust half the delivery options out there either, especially when it comes to expensive items. I searched online and this specific watch was only available either in Gunspoint...I mean Greenspoint, or this location. Both are a drive from the Med Center, but this location was my best choice. I arrived and the lot was pretty empty. Inside, I got excellent customer service as soon as I walked in as no one was busy. I told them what I was looking for and within minutes, they already pulled the item out of their locked areas and delivered it to the cashier. There were a few people ahead of me and the line did move extremely slow at that point. I do wish someone would have assisted the young man checking people out. Extended warranties were offered as usual but I declined. I didn't feel pressured to buy any of the add ons. I liked that a gift receipt was also available upon request. Overall, this location is way out of the way from my home or work, but I loved how chill and not too busy this spot was.

The next month, Verizon (not the store) attempted to charge me in full for the phone and not validate the deal Emily made. She was polite, quick, and effective. I have never had a "good" experience with phone companies but I will be coming to this location as long as she is here.

The stock here was also sparse, but understandably so considering that it was mid-June and everyone has been hunkering down since mid-March. Our representative was very polite and mostly efficient. I got the feeling that he was flying solo, despite that there was a manager and several other co-workers who were essentially twiddling their thumbs and riding the clock.
