I took my iPad Pro to this place to a broken screen. After talking to the store technician he told…read moreme they could replace the screen with a certified Apple replacement screen. I was told before I agreed to have the proceed with the that the screen would be Apple, have a warranty and be ready the next day. It turns out that it took them longer to repair and was replaced with some cheap Chinese knockoff screen. After I receive my iPad back from them supposedly repaired they game me my iPad back in the box that the cheap Chinese part came in. After taking may iPad back home I was able to use it for three days until the screen went black and quit. I had to go back to the store because they would not answer my call. They looked at my iPad and accused me of breaking it tell me it was my fault there product failed and that I would have to buy another screen, After spending over an hour trying to get them to understand the issue and replace the screen with a genuine Apple part I am waiting for a resolution and have opened up a dispute with my ban, i was also able to contact my bank who was able to recotd the conversation. Bottom line I was overcharged for a cheap Chinese part with no warranty and no help costing me $1050 dollar.

I tried contacting them Tuesday afternoon and no one answered. Overall very poor communication and some unprofessional service. I will be reaching out for a refund. Denise was very respectful and tried to be helpful. It's just the service from the actual business office fell off. Update: unfortunately communication still has been somewhat unprofessional. In their response to my review on google they stated that I could email them the receipt and they would cover the cost. I had Xigman company come out and mount the tv. They were very efficient. I contacted them Wednesday and they came out Thursday morning to hang the Tv. They were on time and very professional. I tried emailing my receipt to email on Dimbo avl website, no response. I was able to speak with Dennis and the email he gave me did not work. I've tried calling, texting, and leaving a messages with no response to any unfortunately. Update 5/11: Reached out once again and spoke with Dennis and he stated that "because he is the owner and the review is published he changed his mind and decides to no longer cover the cost of the TV mounting". Would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and choose a company that holds value to their word, your money, and their appointments.

The problem was I asked for a next day delivery on a letter. It did not get to my destination until two days later, that's not what I paid for UPS corporate said that my letter never arrived to the transit center till 7:30 PM. I dropped it off at the store at 11:30 AM and nobody in the storefront would call me back or answer the phone to resolve this issue.
