Posted the project on Yelp, and had several responses. None but MaxTech actually came to visit and do a site survey so they fully understood what needed to be done. MaxTech was not the least expensive, but the only truly responsive and responsible quote. And, having Max here on that visit gave me total confidence that MaxTech would deliver on their promise. And MaxTech *did* deliver, on the day they promised, and for the price quoted: four cameras, running Cat-5e in place of previous powered coax, integrated into our new Vivint-based system.

I like to wait on my reviews to make sure I have no regrets or issues, and I can say 1 year later I am happier than when I first got it installed. TLDR: I would highly recommend Tony and his team for his work. I will personally be using them again and have recommended them to others already. Excellent service, responsiveness and genuine customer service. Tony works with you not just for you. He worked with me on within my budget and timelines, and provided great suggestions, options and education to make sure I ended up with the best outcome. Everyone with his company I interacted with was professional, nice, and great at their jobs. Finally, he worked just as hard after the install and payments to locate grill covers for my recently purchased speakers. Which was hard as due to budget/value we went with end of model life options so the grills were no longer being produced. I may have gotten last two in America. This level of follow-through and post-sale support is rare today.
