I think they came recommended either by a Dr or medi-cal. Plus they were based in Pasadena so their schedule would change that day or their visits were brief. With Arbor, it was night and day difference. They were recommended by a family friend who works for Hospice at Kaiser. They took to time to answer my mom's questions and offer suggestions from day one whether it took 2hrs or 20min. The visiting nurses were always compassionate and understood the stress we were in. My mom felt better about what was going to happen and that was important to us. They helped make my dad's time with us easier.

Both expressed sincere apologies for the missed appointment and explained it was due to simple clerical error. While I have already engaged another in-home care service, it's clear to me that Oasis cares about their reputation and client experience. I appreciated their offers to make the situation right and wanted to reflect their sincere efforts in an updated review.

My aunt is now staying here after spending a few months at a terrible center. She really likes it here. The staff is friendly, food is good, and all the beautiful nature is breathtaking. But, most importantly, I cannot speak highly enough about their caring staff that have gone out of their way to make my aunt and uncle feel safe and cared for in their final months. They have been truly amazing. In addition, the staff seem happy and there is a little turnover, which is so important in an environment like this. I am forever grateful that we found this place to take care of them and wish we had left the prior facility much sooner.
