They included a letter stating free returns with my order and their website automated chat also stated that returns are free, but when I contacted customer service they said that was last year's policy and refused to honor. This is what the "concierge" wrote to me when I sent them a photo of the letter included with my order. "To clarify, the free return mentioned applies when you choose an exchange option. For returns processed as a refund to the original payment method, an $8 return fee is deducted, in line with our current returns policy. We understand how the wording may have caused confusion, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention." Thanks for victim blaming and calling it my confusion, but free return is what the letter states. This is what their website AI agent states..
