They included a letter stating free returns with my order and their website automated chat also stated that returns are free, but when I contacted customer service they said that was last year's policy and refused to honor. For returns processed as a refund to the original payment method, an $8 return fee is deducted, in line with our current returns policy. We understand how the wording may have caused confusion, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention."
