However, the owner/employees must've taken the feedback and worked on the concerns mentioned because I had a very positive experience. The owner greeted me with a smile & did her thing while I did mine. The employee was helpful with the dressing room & also held onto the clothes I wanted to purchase while I continued to shop. I walked out w/ 2 jean skirts, a black leather skirt, a pink top, a silicone lift pasty & a chain belt. I spent $120 total but honestly I'm not mad about it. The skirts are SO comfy & stretchy. Definitely will come back when needed. (:

SELECTION: H U G E. There is small plus size section so for you plus size ladies, sorry. They do have shoes, bags, dresses, etc. Its nice. CUSTOMER SERVICE: nonexistent. I don't really mind because some of their clothes are so cute and affordable, but most of the time I definitely walk out of there unpleased with workers. They're not very helpful and I have asked questions before and just received attitude. Again, it bugs me but I don't go into the store to socialize with the workers.

I've visited five different Fashion Q locations trying to find a decent pair, and not one store had anything close to the quality they used to carry. It's disappointing because this was one of my go-to places, but the inconsistency and lack of quality make it hard to rely on anymore. No one ever offers to help you when you're in the store. So I have decided not to drive miles to shop here anymore.

Jasper Plum... Oh my goodness…read more I have gone to 100s of boutiques for my shopping needs and when I tell you this place is AMAZING I mean it. First and foremost, the costumer service was 10/10. (Super friendly and inviting) The atmosphere was amazing. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a "hello" and "can I help you with something" as soon as I said "yes, please" It felt as though I was given a personal stylist. I tried on about 10 dresses and I usually hate the way 50% of things look on my body type. I LOVED every single thing I tried on. (Which is crazy to me because I just had a baby a few months ago and haven't been feeling super confident) The clothes are great quality and yes you're going to pay a little more than your run-of-the-mill fashion stores, but you get what you pay for. You're also helping a SMALL FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS! The material is amazing, true to size and fits perfectly. Overall amazing. I never ever rate any business but I had to this once. The only thing thing I don't like about this place is that I'll probably spend all my money here. Lol Bye bye nectar hello Jasper Plum.
