They processed order pretty quickly and called me to clarify things. That was great, but once they learned that the order was wrong they stopped contacting me despite my numerous email and phone calls. I sent them the pictures of my seats and old covers as they requested but they ignored for weeks. I have no where to turn after paying $600 for the covers that I could not use. There are other websites you could buy leather seats covers; they are more expensive but customer services was excellent and more honest in their services. The covers from Ridies are " OK" in quality by the look of it. I would not know how it does in the long run since genuine leather seats should last 10-20 years.

I was referred online that any upholstery shop should be able to install it pretty easily, because the cover is already made to fit the seat and foam. In the past (old town where I lived) I would pay about 20-30 bucks to have a cover put on and never had an issue. Like I said I was new to the area and found this place online. I brought the seat and cover over and already had the old cover off of the seat. So the job would include only installing the new cover on the seat. The guy inside was pretty nice, said the seats are kind of tricky to do but he could make it look really nice for fifty bucks. I was already there and had the seat so I got him to forty to put it on and "look really nice". I got a call in a few days from someone else who was friendly and said my seat was done. I came and picked it up and was not really happy. It had a lot more wrinkles then I was used to seeing but I thought maybe it was just the cover I had purchased this time so I sent a pic to the guy that made the cover. He agreed the seat looked totally unacceptable and recommended I take the cover off and could probably do a better job myself. I took the cover off and brought it to a place about an hour away that have done them for me before and the cover now looks perfect. Not a single wrinkle to be found. I have included both images with this review. Decide for yourself. Maybe they know what they are doing with furniture but I would not recommend them for a project like
