When I went to pick up my chairs, Crystal had created two pillows for me! I am 6 months in with these chairs and the fabric has remained intact! I love my chairs so much! If an issue does creep up, they will take care of you. Their people will come out and pick up the piece and make it right. I had an issue with one recliner I had re-upholstered. They came out, picked it up, and redid the seat for me. No charge, as their apology on that, and their service made it good as new again. We had seat work done by them and the seat frame broke when I first sat in it. I saw the issue, called them, and Frost said they'd take care of it ASAP. They gave me a new hardwood frame and a new seat. As good as it gets, really. I'd use them and I'd recommend them to my friends. In fact, I have. If you have a good piece of furniture, that just needs new upholstery...get it re-upholstered by Frost. It may cost nearly the same as some new furniture...but these days, you get a lot more for your money by using good "bones" to begin with. Not the new junk that usually has plywood framers and Chinese made mechanisms.

While Vitian was initially friendly and helpful, this turned out to be a truly awful experience…read more When they came to pick up our furniture, they scraped our door frame--an early red flag. From there, things only got worse. She kept our furniture for nine months and in all that time only completed one of the three pieces. Even worse, she started that one piece with the wrong fabric, which meant there wasn't enough left for the other items. I called regularly--every few weeks--and was met with excuse after excuse. When we finally got the "finished" piece back, the quality was disappointing. The fabric pattern wasn't aligned, and it was not completed as we had discussed. Then, to top it all off, she tried to charge us even more than originally agreed, claiming it was "more work than expected." In the end, we had to take our furniture elsewhere: one piece to be fixed, and the other two to be done from scratch. It's incredibly disheartening to have such a poor experience, especially when trying to support a small business. I absolutely would not recommend.
